  2. Temple of Hatshepsut

Unveiling Ancient Wonders: A Journey Through Luxor’s Temples and Monuments

Visiting Luxor’s temples and monuments was nothing short of extraordinary. This city feels like an open-air museum where history comes alive with every step. Walking through Karnak Temple, I was amazed by the sheer scale and intricate carvings that have survived thousands of years. Each column and statue tells a story, and with a good guide, you gain insights that deepen the experience even further. Haysam was an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable and on history and Egyptology that took you on a journey through each of areas visited. The Luxor Temple, especially in the evening when it’s beautifully lit, is magical. The blend of ancient grandeur with the night sky creates a serene yet powerful ambiance. The Valley of the Kings was another highlight—stepping into the tombs of pharaohs like Tutankhamun was an unforgettable experience. The artistry and colors inside the tombs are unbelievably well-preserved and offer a glimpse into the beliefs and afterlife of ancient Egyptians. Every monument, from the Colossi of Memnon to the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, was awe-inspiring. I would highly recommend a trip with Haysam to take it all in and appreciate the scale and significance of Luxor’s treasures.

Explore the history

It was a very exciting tour to explore ancient Egyptian history. We liked where our guide was very polite and also appreciated his archeological knowledge. Our son was tired of starting an early morning for a ballon ride and we had to shorten the tour but even so we were able to enjoy it very much.

Wonderful

The guide (Amir) was fluent in English, respectful, and responsible. He took care of us very well, giving us drinks while traveling, answering all of our questions, providing with information, and also helped us planning the day. W did not have tip trouble with him. The only negative thing is that he included in the tour the visit to Stone Museum, which we did not ask and did not want to visit. Anyway, we enjoyed and had great time. Wonderful experience. Thank you very much!!!

All key sites in one day!

We had an incredible experience with our tour on the West Bank of Luxor. Every landmark listed in the itinerary was covered, and we never felt rushed. Our guide, Haysam, was extremely knowledgeable about the history and significance of each site. He gave us plenty of time to explore and appreciate the beauty of each temple and tomb, answering all of our questions and sharing interesting stories along the way. He knows the land and history very well because he grew up in the area. We were so glad to have had him as our tour guide. Our driver, Akhmed, was both professional and friendly. He always made sure we were safe, opening the door for us and checking our surroundings before we got out. The car was spotless and very comfortable, adding to the overall experience. If you want to see all the key sites in a day , I highly recommend this tour!"

Awesome experience

With our tour guide, Haysam, the whole day tour went good. We learned so much in regards to the ancient history. Also giving us some good points where to look at and locations to consider to make us understand more deeply what the Egyptian wall art was all about. Also, to the driver, Ahmed who looked after us making sure we’re in safe area in dropping and picking us up.
