I would've given this experience a higher review if it weren't for a few things I will mention. The positives: - Our Tour guide was fantastic. He went above and beyond with customer service. He was very knowledgeable, well informed and patient with us. He was willing to answer all of our questions and gave us enough time to ourselves to explore the sights and Museum by ourselves. We didn't feel rushed at all. The flight with Egypt air was efficient and overall the timing of the travel was a straight forward journey. Pick up was easy and efficient. - Food buffet was good. Filling and sufficient. The three bottles of water provided was great throughout the day. The negatives: - Online communication- I messaged the company almost 3 weeks before excursion however plane tickets were given to us less than 24 hours before journey. As well as pick up time information. This I believe should be a lot better. At least 3 days notice should be provided. Name on plane ticket was incorrect and this could have caused lots of issues. Luckily the airport staff didn't pick up on the error. Taxi driver also had a friend in the car once we were picked up. - Perfume shop and papyrus experience was a waste of time and we didn't enjoy the experience. We felt very under pressure to buy their gifts also. We understand that they have businesses but at the same time if someone is telling you, that you're not interested in buying something once, that should be enough to back away. Instead we felt hounded and very uncomfortable by this, and that if you didn't buy their gifts or accept their drinks you were met with guilt. The overall Experience was good but would've been a lot better without the additional trips we made to perfume shop and papyrus shop. - For things with additional costs- there should be an option to opt out. But there was no alternative really. It was pretty much you had to do them. For those who do not budget for the additional things, it was tiring having to deny and explain why we wanted to opt out. I would've recommended this experience if it wasn't for the shop visits. That unfortunately let it down and the reason for the average review. Everything else was honestly nothing too detrimental. So if you are willing or want to book this trip, I advise that you make it clear to the tour guide that there is no interest in additional costs - if there are things you would rather not do. There could maybe an alternative option or meeting place for you to wait if this is the case.

We’ve been looked after by the kindest, most dedicated, friendly tour team. The driver, the guide and their extra team are just excellent. Our guide Ahmed gave us the best tour of the Egyptian Museum, with explanations and facts that were fascinating for both adults and children. The Nile cruise was equally pleasant, so was the walking tour of Cairo market. The highlight for all was no doubt the Giza pyramids and the Sphinx, a real wonder of the world. We are still buzzing from this experience, even the kids (aged 11 and 12) said it was worth getting up in the middle of the night for this, unanimously the best day of our fantastic week in Egypt.

Spectacular service from start to finish! Communication prior to the trip was excellent & well organised. We were on a small trip, with just 10 of us in total, which was perfect. Our tour guide Ahmed was so knowledgeable & made our trip so enjoyable. We opted for the additional River Nile cruise & camel rides at the Pyramids of Giza & these were so worthwhile, thoroughly recommend. We had enough time at each stop & had time to roam freely if we wished to, which was great. We stopped for lunch & again, the food was really good & we were supplied with enough water for our group. This trip is definitely worth the 21 hour day we had & we’d do it all again without hesitation. Highly recommend this company & we were so lucky to have Ahmed as our tour guide.

We had a brilliant experience on this trip. Khalid our tour guide was exceptional, so good with everyone and kids. Kept us all engaged all day with history through questions and answers. When we went to museum in the end we were all able to make reference to what he had been telling us all day. Kids were so engaged and listening as they knew he would ask questions and give prizes. Nile your in the end was perfect icing on the cake.

A fantastic trip to the pyramids with loads of extras including a boat drip down the river Nile. Very well planned and organised and would highly recommend!
