Le chauffeur était affreux. Nous mettre constamment en danger. On se sentait en danger. Je nous ai laissés seuls dans la voiture et je me suis étonné sans explication au milieu de la nuit. Arrêtés dans des endroits qui n'avaient pas de toilettes. Il a conduit ma femme à un endroit où pisser dans la terre quand il y avait de bonnes installations à proximité. Envoyait constamment des textos et sur son téléphone au volant. J'ai utilisé un langage inapproprié autour de ma femme. Nous avons laissé sans explication pendant 2 heures à l'arrivée à Louxor. Vous ne devriez pas utiliser ce pilote à nouveau. Il n'avait aucun respect pour nous ou notre sécurité !

Journée fantastique avec Legacy Tours
Quelle façon de fêter nos 20 ans de mariage. Excellente communication du début à la fin de Legacy Tours. La visite privée était vraiment cela. Mohammad est arrivé à 23 ans : 00 , en fait il était en avance. C'est un long trajet en voiture de Hurgada à Louxor mais nous avons réussi à dormir. Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner au restaurant parisien qui était vraiment agréable. Souvenez-vous des boissons non incluses au petit déjeuner ou au déjeuner, mais était assez bon marché. La montgolfière était incroyable. Maintenant, je n’aime pas les hauteurs mais c’était l’une des meilleures expériences de ma vie. Le photographe de tournée était fantastique. J'ai toutes les piqûres et plus. Sur le soleil se lever l'expérience de ballon et comme je dis c'était une véritable expérience. Les pilotes étaient instructifs et drôles et le personnel au sol était incroyable. Après la montgolfière, nous avons rencontré notre guide pour la journée. Professeur Ahmed Elsisi. Si vous avez la chance d'avoir ce gars, vous avez bien fait. Informatif, engageant un vrai gentleman. Nous sommes ensuite allés à la Vallée des Rois encore Ahmed nous a dit tout ce que nous avions besoin de savoir. Nous avons été emmenés à Albâtre où nous avons appris l'art et l'artisanat dans la fabrication de vases et de statue. On a aussi essayé de les aider à en faire. Le déjeuner était à nouveau au restaurant de Paris qui était à nouveau vraiment agréable. Après le déjeuner était la croisière sur le Nil, encore une fois il était privé et fait spécial par Ahmed que nous sommes allés sur le dessus du bateau pour voir des vues fantastiques. Je veux juste ajouter ici que Mohammed était toujours celui qui nous conduisait autour tandis qu'Ahmed nous racontait toute l'histoire des Egyptiens. Nous avons également été emmenés voir comment le papier était fabriqué à partir de Papyrus et finalement nous sommes allés au temple de Karnak qui était impressionnant. Un grand merci à Ahmed et Mohammed pour avoir rendu notre journée spéciale.

Hurgada to Luxor

We booked a private tour from Hurgada to Luxor for our 20th wedding anniversary with legacy tours. We got picked up from our hotel in a private car by our lovely driver Mohammed. It was a long 3:45 drive but the car was comfortable and we did manage to get a bit of sleep seen as it was 11pm when we were picked up! When we arrived in Luxor we had our breakfast in a little cafe that included omelette, bead, cheese and salad. From there we were taken to our sunrise hot air balloon ride. WOW!! An absolutely amazing experience that I would 100% do again, the views were breathtaking. We even had a photographer taking some amazing pictures for us. After we had finished that we went back to the cafe where Mohammed was waiting for us and also our wonderful tour guide Professor Ahmed Elsisi . First we went to The Valley of The Kings and Ahmed was amazing at telling us all about it (well he is a professor in Egyptology!). From there we went to Alabaster and learned about how vases and statues are made and even got to have a go with some tools. We then went to Habubu Temple again a wonderful experience and Ahmed again told us everything that we needed to know and was very knowledgeable and every staff member we met said he was number 1 which we would certainly agree with!! We then went back to the cafe for lunch and had a lovely Egyptian lunch and a nice cold drink to cool down. After lunch we went to the Nile and had a lovely boat trip and Ahmed even got us to go up on the roof to have a sunbathe. Ahmed and Mohammed then took us to see how paper is made from papyrus. Our last stop was Karnak Temple, which is the largest temple and it was very hot but absolutely amazing. We are now back in the car for our 4:00 hr drive back to Hurgada. We are completely exhausted but it was worth every minute. We would highly recommend Professor Ahmed Elsisi as a tour guide, very friendly and knew everything about the places we visited (and in between).

Amazing journey!
We got picked up from our hotel by our driver Bomba(Mr.Bombastic) just in time.I would say that is Mr.Fantastic! and started our journey to Luxor ,including hot air ballon trip.
He looked after us during all trip and made fantstic pictures,navigating us and explaining all needed.
We got a delicious breakfast and were navigated to hot air ballon trip,which was amazing and faboulos,especially for my son ,who really enjoy the ride! Passing by the Valley of the Kings and all other places was remarkable journey,which cannot be explained,must be seen!
After landing,our guide Samira looked after us and she is really amazing women!She was so kind with my son,making him a lot of pictures ,looking after him and in the same time explained in very details all historical facts ,showed serious knowladge of ancient Egypt,with such passion,which was remarkable!
Last,but not least i would like to thank all members of Legacy tour ,who made this journey fantastic and remarkable,which we will remember for ages!

Luxor Trip
We got picked up from the hotel in private cars, and was able to sleep all the way to Luxor. We woke up and had a lovely breakfast and got to go in the hot air balloons which was fabulous and done so smoothly! We then went with our egyptologist Ahmed Elsisi and he was fabulous taking us to the valley of the Kings and other places around Luxor. Ahmed took photos for us throughout the day and sent them to us on WhatsApp afterwards he was very knowledgeable and we all had such a fabulous day which ended with the most amazing meal we had in Egypt altogether also catering to myself as a vegan and the other guest! Hundred percent would recommend this trip!

An amazing day exploring ancient egypt
My wife and I went on this trip together. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We got picked up in a comfortable car with Aircon and had a seamless trip all the way to Luxor. With stops along the way to stretch our legs and relax. The driver was friendly and accommodating. When we got to Luxor we had a great breakfast before the hot air balloon. The highlight of the trip, a truly amazing experience. After the hot air balloon we met our guide and Egyptologist, Abdul, he was an amazing host. His English was really good and his knowledge was great. He was happy to answer any questions and was also incredibly kind buying as water and drinks multiple times in the trip. I would recommend this experience to anyone!

The best tour in ever!
From the beginning we knew we were in for the best time! The communication and planning were exceptional. Our driver, Sam, was truly incredible and made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the journey and tour. Our tour guide, Abdul, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great insights and experiences throughout our tour. The highlight of the trip was definitely the hot air balloon, as it was a bucket list item for years and truly exceeded all expectations!!! Thank you!

On m'a dit que c'était à cause d'une opération militaire juste avant l'heure du ramassage. C'était une blague du début à la fin - une perte de temps complète. Ne perdez pas votre temps à réserver ceci.

Je m'appelle Renata Szymanska Bak. J'ai récemment réservé un voyage avec ma famille en ligne via viator, de notre hôtel (Hawaii Paradise Aqua Park Resort, Égypte) à Louxor, Égypte, avec un tour en montgolfière. J'ai fourni toutes les informations de réservation et j'ai été préparé à l'heure à l'entrée de mon hôtel comme indiqué dans les instructions, en attendant notre prise en charge. Cependant, le pick-up n'est jamais arrivé. Pour renforcer mon mécontentement, mes appels aux numéros de téléphone fournis étaient restés sans réponse toute la journée - avant le voyage. Une fois mon espoir diminué, j'ai demandé conseil à l'hôtel. Après avoir finalement contacté l'un des numéros, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait aucun détail de notre réservation, et que nous devons attendre le lendemain pour toute information. Fin de notre voyage et de bonnes vacances en Egypte.
