esperienza meravigliosa

Fantastic tour and guide!
Mohammed was a fantastic guide! He can read hieroglyphics which is incredible and so impressive, he read some for us. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Would definitely recommend this tour, so much was shown to us, a jam packed day!

Had a great day in Alexandria
We had a great time on this tour. Our tour guide, Norhan was amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable and great company. She even gave us great tips for the rest of our journey in other parts of egypt. I absolutely recommend her.
Our driver Mahmoud was also an extremely sweet and kind guy.
We had a great day!

Visiting Alexandria after 2 weeks in Egypt
We had about 6 stops in Alexandria after a 2.5 hr drive from Cairo AP area. We have been in Egypt for 2 weeks, and unfortunately the Alexandria sites seemed a bit anti climatic after what we had seen over the past 2 weeks. It was no fault of the guide! The library was closed for a holiday, so that was dissappointing.

Great day at beautiful and historic Alexandria!
Day started off punctually with pick up at 6:30 am for us and our fellow travelers. Sadly our trip got delayed 2,5 hours because traffic was stopped by the police due to fog on the desert road to Alexandria. Eventually the road was cleared and we arrived safely to Alexandria around 13:30.
The driver was very responsible and we felt safe on the road. We even had a quick midway stop for buying snacks and going to the bathroom.
Once in the city, our guide Mohammed, was so nice and knowledgeable! Even though we started the tour late he managed to time everything so we could see everything listed on the itinerary (see pictures). In order to do so, our lunch turned out to be dinner at a local restaurant with harbor view. I am vegan and I really appreciate that Mo arranged for a vegan option for me (steamed vegetables, pasta, french fries and Egyptian bread with multiple spreads like hummus, tahini).
Alexandria is so beautiful and full of history! Definitely worth doing and booking this day trip!

Beautiful day in Alexandria
Incredible day in Alexandria ! The guide Mohammed was really available and well prepared! He explains to us different stories and curiosities, he was happy to answer to any questions! He never rushed us and even during the shopping, he didn't push to buy anything (sometimes it can happen, but not at all with him)
Very suggested!
We really enjoyed it ☺️

Alexandria horror show
We booked a “Top VIP” tour. Couldn’t have been further from reality. Tour was rushed, vehicle was dirty, spent an additional 1hr in traffic collecting other guests. Tour was meant to include lunch (after a 6.30am start) and by 3pm we had still not eaten! Not recommended!! The tour guide rushed us through the historical sites (that required a ticket) and was then happy to take extra time in a curio shop (when these exist all over Egypt including the airport). Disappointing!

An Excellent Day Trip from Cairo to Alexandria
We recently joined a full-day trip from Cairo to Alexandria and found it to be very well organized and enjoyable. The guide was knowledgeable, clear, and attentive, providing insightful context at each stop, including the Library of Alexandria, the Catacombs, St. Mark’s Church, and several other sites that gave a well-rounded impression of the city’s history and character. The experience was complemented by an excellent lunch with local food. Overall, this was a rewarding day trip that I would recommend.
