Terrific experience
Just spent three days in Cairo visiting the main sites with a wonderful guide called Amr. Vast knowledge of Egypt, makes it all easy to understand and great fun too. Highly recommend him

Pyramides de Gizeh et le Sphinx . C'est l'un des plus anciens monuments du monde, pas seulement au Caire ! Je viendrai vous chercher puis nous commencerons par les pyramides de Gizeh qui ont 4500 ans. là, j'expliquerai parfaitement l'histoire et l'architecture des pyramides et vous laisserai voir tous les monuments qui les entourent, puis je prendrai de superbes photos de vous aux meilleurs endroits et poses, puis nous nous dirigerons vers la statue du Sphinx pour voir sa magnifique sculpture et prendre la photo emblématique de cette merveilleuse visite.

Exceptional tours in Cairo
We had 3 wonderful days with AMR. I would highly recommend him as he is truly knowledgeable on all things Egyptian. Old and new. He was polite and helpful and also entertaining.

Ancient Egypt at its best.
A brilliant guided tour with Amr whose clear and patient explanation on the ancient pyramids and Memphis made for a wonderful day and put everything in its historical and cultural context. I strongly recommend to other visitors.

A fabulous day with Amr 👍
We had a wonderful day with Amr visiting the pyramids at Giza and Saqqara, and the museum at Memphis. His knowledge of ancient Egyptian history and Egyptian culture in general was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend him if you are looking for an independent guide.

An excellent private, well-guided tour to the Museum of Egyptian Museum and Coptic Cairo
We had a fantastic day touring Coptic Cairo and the Museum of Egyptian Civilisation. The day started well when we were picked up from our airport hotel on time in a clean and comfortable, air-conditioned mini-van. Our driver was amazing. I enjoyed watching him weave his way safely through the streets of Cairo, an experience in itself. I had told Amr, our guide, in advance that I had mobility problems and he went to a lot of trouble to bring a wheelchair and very helpfully pushed me around in it all day, to make sure I was able to make the most of our tour. The Museum is wheelchair-friendly and I certainly experienced much more than I otherwise could have done. Thank you, Amr. The Museum is definitely not to be missed; it is awe-inspiring and so very well laid out. Amr highlighted so many fascinating displays. Without him we would not have had the same well-informed experience that we did. His English is excellent; we had no problems at all understanding his explanations of what we were seeing. He was also able to answer all our many questions even the more obscure ones. After the Museum, we went to see the Coptic chuches which was much more of a challenge for the wheelchair and Amr but we persevered and it was well worth the effort to hear about the early Christian churches in Egypt. Our lunch was delicious, in an authentic Egyptian restaurant by the river Nile. It was included in the price of the tour but remember to bring some Egyptian money to tip the waiters. I would definitely recommend this company and our guide.

Highly recommended!
I am so happy that I booked all my tours with Personalized Egypt Tours . My tour guide was Amr who is really a professional Egyptologist tour guide where he perfectly explained everything about Egypt in modern and ancient history and even the lifestyle of people nowadays in Egypt. What was really a great plus was his amazing photgraphy skills where now I have an amazing album of my vacation in Egypt. Highly recommended for a brilliant experience !

Our tour guide, Amr was extremely knowledgeable and gave us in depth information on the history, geography, culture and monuments of Egypt. On top of that he is also an excellent photographer who will not hesitate to take amazing photos of us around the pyramids! Would highly recommend you book your tours with Amr!

Great tour with Amr made Cairo very special
We spent two fascinating days touring Cairo with our guide, Amr. His English is very good and clear. He was so knowledgeable about all the sites we went to, such as Memphis, Saqqara. Giza and Islamic Cairo and went to great lengths to make sure we learned as much as possible about the wonderful history of his country. He was very patient as we slowly moved around sites. He was also very happy to take photographs of us both at each site we visited, which was very useful as I usually don't appear in most of our holiday snaps as I am the family photographer We would definitely use his company again next time we are in Cairo.

Amazing Experience with Amr
Amr was a great tour guide! Super friendly and fun. He was very helpful as we made our way through different destinations. His English was great and he was super helpful in answering our different questions. He also took great photos of us— perfect for our memories
