East West Bank Luxor

We went to Valley of the Kings and Temple of Hatshepsut in the West Bank followed by a boat ride on the Nile river. Lunch was amazing headed to East bank to Luxor temple then Karnak temple. Dina our tour guide was SUPERB!

Day in Luxor

A day trip to Luxor was exhausting but worth it. The valley of the kings was incredible and slightly better than the Temple of Karnack, but either on their own were worthy of the entire trip to Egypt. The boat ride on the Nile and a local lunch provided needed fuel to enjoy the afternoon visit to Karnack and Luxor. If you only can fit in one day, this is the trip!

Great Luxor guide

Remon, our guide, was very knowledgeable and tools us on a fantastic tour of the Valley of Kings, Luxor and Karnak. A/C car, plenty of water & snacks provided. We added the optional boat tour to Banana island with lunch (us$35).. great to cool down at the Nile.

I would definitely give 5 stars

Tour covered the mayor sightseeing i Luxor. Tour operators had a great knowledge of egyptian history. A good tip was provided for both of them however he requested an extra tip for the driver.

Middle East Tour

Very completed. Our guide very competent and polite. Excellent work. Lunch was very good. Even though after we tip him enough for both of them, he requested us to tip the driver separated.

A perfect way to see the wonders of the West Bank in Luxor

Narmeen was a most welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging tour guide. She was generous with her time and explanations, including about how to navigate the markets and sellers! Our driver Amir was also very friendly and ensured our trip was taken in air conditioned comfort and safety. The Temple of Hatshepsut was a real highlight of this almost 6 hour trip. We were offered a choice for lunch and enjoyed a traditional dish of Koshary before arriving back to our hotel. This is definitely a relaxed, comfortable and reasonable way to see the sights of the West Bank and avoid the haggling and queues- you will find Narmeen a wonderful host and guide!

Ahmed Samir, we consider you our dear friend and you will too! Book him, he's a talented photographer!

Our day started promptly at 4am with a very polite driver and host. We were met in Luxor by our tour guide, Ahmed Samir. Your passion and depth of knowledge to explain history was captivating. We were able to visit Valley of Kings around 8:15a and then Hatshepsut Temple around 10:40a. At no time did we feel ignored or haggard by the vendors. Ahmed didn't let anyone get to close or bothersome; in a very polite way. We then went to Ahmed's favorite restaurant, Africa. The food was amazing and we enjoyed Ahmed's company even though he was not able to eat or drink because of Rambutan. Ahmed's surprised us with a boat trip that was solely just for us. We visited a banana island and met the natives there. I don't want to spoil the surprises but let me tell you that you will be amazed with this tour. Then the day ended after visiting Luxor and Karnak Temples. Karnak Temple was our favorite! Ahmed thank you for making our day in Luxor unforgettable. Blessings, our friend!

Best trip ever!

I had a great time with Michael. He is very knowledgeable and enjoys his work. You will see and experience some very extraordinary history on this trip. Note: I would beware to purchase your own transportation (Uber) and flights and do the Luxor day trip.
