BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER!
My girlfriend and I recently did the Nile River Cruise.Firstly I will mention that everything was in very timely fashion in terms of the guide company itself. We never waited for anything and everything ran very smoothly the entire 4 days. What made the 4 days truly special though was our guide Mohammed Badawy. He was very informed with all of his knowledge regarding ancient Egypt and went above and beyond to help us understand the history of it. Not only that he was constantly ensuring we weren't getting scammed, giving us tips about dealing with guards in certain temples, and even lending us money until we could get to an ATM. He has a very kind heart and it shows from the second you meet him. I would be recommending this cruise specifically due to his spectacular guidance through Egypt as he made us feel safe and comfortable the entire 4 days on our trip. THANK YOU MOHAMMED.

Best Egypt tour ever!
My partner and I looked at many tour packages before deciding on this one and trust me, look no further, book with Mohammed. From picking us up at the airport and arranging all the optional tours (we definitely recommend Abu Simbel), everything was taken care of. Including when my partner got a stomach bug, Mohammed arranged for medication swiftly, we were so impressed and felt that our every need was taken care of. He even suggested we book a hotel room instead of waiting at Luxor airport and he not only organised that, but also our transfers. We highly recommend Mohammed not only for his personability but also his knowledge of temples and history - he made learning fun!

We had a fantastic time with Mohammed on our cruise and tour. He took his time to share his knowledge, took care of us on every tour, and introduced us to the culture. I would highly recommend him and the company!

Tremendos 4 días en tour por el Nilo
Desde el día uno Mohammed se preocupó de que estos días en el Nilo sean inolvidables. Tuvimos un guía en español solo para nosotros (Tamer👌🏾) que nos explicó y ayudó con todas nuestras dudas y preguntas, además de ayudarnos en nuestra llegada a Aswan cómo en nuestra salida de Luxor a Cairo. Además, somos veganos y la gente del crucero supo desde un inicio y nos prepararon comida especial todos los días. Nos dieron un trato increible (VIP)❤️ Recomendadísimo tomarlo son un 10.

Excelente
Fue todo un 10. Nos tocó el barco Princess Sarah donde todo estuvo de maravilla: el personal, la comida, los camarotes. Y para las excursiones estuvimos acompañados del excepcional guía Ahmed Shazly.Solo tengo palabras de elogio sobre él: profesional, respetuoso, pendiente de nosotros y de nuestras peticiones, después de las explicaciones dejándonos tiempo para fotos y disfrutar a nuestro aire los templos . Un divertido joven con amplios conocimientos sobre egiptología transmitidos en un perfecto español. Un sueño cumplido. Mil gracias.

BEST tour ever!!!
We had wonderful experience in Egypt thanks to this tour and our best guide Mohammed!!!
He knows the ancient history of Egypt very well, and explained to us well in details. well organized tour, took care of us with their heartful support. one thing what we were astonished was they found my girlfriend's earing which we lost in the car and delivered from Aswan to Luxor:) Cruise services were also fantastic!! Good local Egyptian foods, beautiful clean room, and swimming pool on the roof!! It definitely deserved the price. I reccommend u that u join this cruise tour if u have enough time!

Amazing time Aswan to Luxor
It was a memorable cruise and we were warmly greeted,enlightened about ancient Egyptian history...Our tour guide Mahmoud was one of the most learned and helpful person and he took a keen interest in showing us around...Will surely recommend friends and friends of friends for this wonderful trip...thank you Mahmoud for making this trip a success. Was truely glad to have him as our tour guide,wouldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you Unlimited Egypt for organizing every bit of it and making it so special.

Ride the Nile River!
Riding a river boat up or down the Nile is a must do while in Egypt! The contrast between the shore line and just a few hundred feet away from the shore is amazing! Make sure to watch the small boats as they tie up to the cruise ship and sell souvenirs.

Cruising on Mirage 1 down the Nile
I think the cruise on the Nile is a wonderful way to experience and absorb both modern and ancient Egypt. I booked the cruise with Viator from Australia and Mohamed from Egypt Unlimited Tours handled everything after my booking is confirmed. Communication is almost instantaneous regarding arrival details etc. I was met by EUT representative in Aswan airport and immediately driven to my hotel 2 days before the cruise & really appreciate that because I was under the impression that it is complimentary.
On day 1 Mustafa, my guide took me to the site of the Broken obelisk, the Aswan dam and the Philae temple but missed the felucca sail.
Day 2 Off to Abu Simbel ( extra US100) early in the morning and for me it's worth it and then back on the Mirage 1 for lunch and at 1 PM we're off cruising to Luxor and the ship dropped anchor at KomOmbo temple about 4 PM.
Day 3 Early start to Edfu temple on the horse and cart; then back on board to pass the Esna lock and at 3 PM to Karnak temple and finished the day at Luxor temple
Day 4 started with hot air balloon (extra US100) but the ride missed the valley of the kings which was a bummer.
But as part of the tour package Mustafa took me to the valley of the kings and finished the tour with the visit to Queen Hatshepsut mortuary temple at Deir el Bahri and Mustafa dropped me at my hotel in Luxor.
The Mirage 1 is not exactly deluxe compared to the Movenpick but it's spacious and clean and it's got a small pool on the sun deck. My room is very 1980s in its decor but clean, fresh and spacious. The bathroom is also clean and has lots of railings to hang your washings.The food on board are buffet style ; quite plentiful and delicious.
Bottled water is provided by EUT; Not by the cruise ship.
Please bring with you as much as possible small EGP notes and/or USD1& USD5 for tips to the driver, horseman and sail boat man to Philae temple because at the end of the cruise it is also customary to tip between USD 10-15 to be split amongst the ship's crews. I knew all about this and therefore had factored in the cost into my budget. Mustafa, my guide, was very good and I had ample time for selfies and quite happy with the outcomes.
In spite of missing the felucca ride I'm still quite happy with the overall trip 🙂
