Great Service but Worn-Down Ship
In general, I enjoyed my trip and thought that the service provided by the ship was wonderful and thoughtful. There was entertainment every night but I never felt compelled to go - the top deck is great for teatime as well. Food was average and tended to be over cooked, but was still edible.
The rooms however were disappointing and did not match the pictures that were listed. My tour mates and I were disappointed by how much the rooms did not match the pictures. The air-conditioning was also very cranky and tended to either be very cold or shut off for no reason. The bathroom was okay though it had a bit of a grimy feeling.
Overall, however, I think that the cruise and the tour were well thought out. Do take note that Abu Simbel is not included in the tour and that you’ll have to pay extra to go see it (personally don’t think it can be missed if you go to Egypt!).

Professional, organized and exceptional
Mohamed Mostafa was prompt, informative and so very helpful in organizing our 3-night Nile cruise. Our Egyptologist, Mohamed, was exceptional - he brought insight, knowledge and high doses of enthusiasm to our tours of Philae Temple, Kom Ombo, Edfu Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and Karnak and Luxor Temples. Our only regret was that we should have done a dahabiya instead of the gas-emitting cruise barges. It would have made for a calmer, more environmentally conscious experience. Highly recommend booking through Egypt Unlimited.

Went solo and joined Mara House small group tour of Egypt. What a delight!!
We were on a Steigenberger cruise with the Mara House small group tours. From the cruise we visited several other places of interest. A cruise on the Nile with a small boat of the beaten track took us to a traditional Nubian village !

Non consigliata !
Altro che crociera a 5 stelle !!! La motonave (Mojito) era vecchia con camere piccolissime. Ci hanno dato due camere in fondo alla nave nelle quali la puzza dei fumi del gasolio era insopportabile (i motori rimangono accesi sempre anche quando la nave e' ormeggiata), ma va detto che a tratti in tutta la motonave c'era puzza dei fumi del gasolio - anche nella sala da pranzo. Abbiamo passato quasi tutto il tempo sulla terrazza aperta per non dover stare in camera. Dei 3 giorni di crociera per le prime 24 ore siamo rimasti ormeggiati ad Aswan e siamo partiti appena dopo il pranzo del secondo giorno, e l'ultimo pomeriggio e la notte siamo rimasti ormeggiati a Luxor. Non consiglio affatto questa crociera, anche se, viste le altre motonavi che circolano lungo il Nilo non ne ho viste di migliori. Sarebbe stato meglio scegliere un viaggio in feluca o in dahabeya, se non altro per non contribuire all'importante inquinamento del Nilo del quale siamo stati testimoni! Non ripeteremmo mai piu' questa esperienza !

Great but recommend booking directly through travel agency
Great trip! Boat we were assigned was very nice, food was great, tours of historic sites were informative. I would recommend booking through the agency directly and getting more information. For instance, boat is not as nice as the ones pictured so if you’d like real pictures, you may need to ask. Also you could ask about adding in additional sites like the Abu Simbel temple which was not included ($100+ pp) or hot air balloon ride ($100 pp). I would have preferred arranging these upfront at a fixed rate. Finally, I would recommend asking for a list of available tour guides and read their reviews so you can pick someone who will match your style.

Great culture boat okay
I enjoyed the trip, i had imagined the cruise to be more on the move. But all in all i saw what Was promised, i had a good guide that made certain to point out things not previously seen. The food was very average on the boat. The was average clean although the bed was comfortable as was the room.

Amazing Nile cruise experience with all the major sights
I am delighted to say that I chose Egypt Unlimited after reading the many positive reviews on here. As a result my expectations were high but they were exceeded at every turn. We travelled as a party of 5. My family of 4 (2 Children aged 14 and 12) with a family friend. Mohamed was in contact from the outset and made everything very straightforward and clear. He is a pleasure to deal with and could not have been more helpful.
We chose a private guide which I would recommend highly. We had the pleasure and good fortune to have been paired with Mohamed Badawy who was truly amazing. His knowldege and insight were remarkable and the way he structured each visit built our knowledge daily and added depth and detail which really made this such a special trip. It was a pleasure to spend these days in his company and we all count ourselves very lucky to have benefited from his years of study of Egyptology and his years of working as an archeologist in the field. He has also inspired us all to further study the subject. We are already discussing our next trip.
We visited the unfinished Obelisk, Philae Temples, Aswan High Dam, Abu Simbel, Karnak, Edfu, Kom Ombo, Luxor, The Valley of the Kings, and the Temple of Hatshepsut. I have to say the itinerary can be exhausting and there were one or two early starts where the children were cursing me when the alarm went off. However the reward is worth the effort many times over. We chose the M/S Nile Style and while not a high end boat it was clean and well appointed, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was very good.
Highly, highly recommended.

Guide informatif et flexible sur une belle croisière
Cette entreprise nous a vraiment facilité la tâche. Nous étions en contact avec le propriétaire (Mohammed) très vite après la réservation. Ils sont venus nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous ont déposés à notre hôtel à Assouan et sont venus nous chercher pour notre croisière deux nuits plus tard. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec notre guide (un Monhammed différent). Sa passion et son éducation en archéologie nous ont vraiment touchés. Même si tous les jours nous nous levions tôt (4h30 du matin pour l'option facultative Abu Simbel et 6h00 du matin pour les autres jours), son enthousiasme était toujours présent et nous aidait à nous sentir énergisés aussi. Nous sommes végétaliens et les deux Mohammeds (notre guide et le propriétaire de la société) ont tout mis en oeuvre pour nous accueillir, y compris la location d'une voiture au lieu d'utiliser des calèches pour nos visites (veuillez demander cette option si vous le pouvez - les chevaux sont clairement maltraités et surchargés ). Notre guide nous a aidés à acheter des billets pour les sites optionnels et les tombes. Il disposait également de cahiers contenant des images pour expliquer l’importance de certains aspects des sites et montrer leur apparence. Mohammed semblait également intéressé par les dernières informations trouvées par les archéologues et expliquait l'importance des découvertes faites il y a une semaine à peine. Nous avons posé beaucoup de questions sur différents sites et sur l’Égypte en général et Mohammed (notre guide) a répondu avec joie à toutes. Il était incroyablement respectueux et respectueux envers tout le monde, y compris les marchands, les conducteurs et les autres passagers de la croisière. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et pris en charge tout le temps. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour! Nous le recommandons à tout le monde! Nous sommes heureux d'avoir réservé avec cette société:)
