Leaving the hotel at 3:30 with some problems at customs we finally managed to get to Cairo. Upon arrival two guides (one Italian and one English) welcomed us on arrival. The day was well organized is the guides very competent and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend.

The visits were good. The French guide showed up an hour later. So we had to follow the German guide without understanding anything. I found it stressful that the flight information were communicated the evening of the day before.

We were a group of 15 people on a 10-hour tour of Cairo and the experience was WONDERFUL. Gigi, the guide, has been the best guide we've ever had... and we travel quite a bit. Not only for his knowledge of the ancient Egyptian custure but above all for his humane treatment. He was very attentive to all of us all day, always friendly and optimistic, enthusiastic about his culture and wishing at all times that we were at our best. You could tell that everything he told us, both about culture and religion, came out of his heart and that made us feel that we were with a very close person. We all end up delighted with her and, although we have only spent one day together, we will always remember her very fondly.

Visit recommended. Excellent guide in Italian who helped a lot to the museum and the pyramids. Exceptional places, very tiring but worth it. The only flaw in the chaos at the airport (late open check-in, zero communication) but this can not be blamed on the guides. Maybe you could help a person who follows the group inside the airport. However visit highly recommended.

They came to pick us up a day after the date, they wouldn't answer the phone. They didn't meet the contra route, we didn't go in to see the main pyramid, they took us to a cheaper one. They took us to several shops where it was evident that they took commission and charged us for a ride on the Nile in a boat 20 minutes more expensive than a taxi in London. Very disappointed with the agency. Horrifying experience for what would have to be a unique trip.

The day started badly because our plane left Sharm 3 hours late. For this reason we visited everything extremely quickly, and so it was a shame to miss different parts of the trip and do the rest of the running. Our guide was very good (Abdullah). He was extremely passionate and clear in his explanations, and the problem of the trip was not his fault. it was a shame because I had high expectations. We missed the tour in the Cairo market and at the pyramids we were very little and in a hurry and had lunch at 16:30. I think as a solution we could have focused on the pyramids and the museum and received a part of the reimbursement for the rest of the missed trip.

Essential when you come to Egypt, very tiring and a little disorganized upon arrival at the airport you must stay at the door and wait wisely... but congratulations to the whole team! The visit was beautiful and interesting, the guide, Mr. Abdullah, was a portent. Very prepared and helpful explained in great detail everything we visited. Small negative note, we had booked for Saturday but they insisted a lot from the local tour operator to bring us forward the day to Friday saying that Friday we would leave more calmly in the morning and returned earlier in the evening instead they picked us up very early at the hotel and we returned late anyway so the day was very tiring.

The organisation of the tour from Sharm El Sheih to Cairo was perfect! Starting from the pick-up from the hotel, assistance at the airport, meeting by our guide in Cairo and on the way back - perfect organisation. Our return plane was late, but the driver was waiting for us outside the airport! Our guide Heni was perfect! I do not have words to express my gratitude for the one day in Cairo we spent with him! If all guides of the company are like him, I would really highly recommend to use only them! Staring from the airport, all the additional things that Heni did for us, I am really out of words! He did all possible for us! And even in the evening, because we had a late return flight - he took us to the light show at the Pyramids, which is usually not included in the programme! Great thanks! I will strongly recommend our guide Heni and the company, they just took care of every little detail!
