All was planned well (the fly back was too late) and some one of FST agency always chat me to offer assistance. Nabil was our guide for all day and he is very prepared and he explain us a lot of thing. Also our drive was very good.

We had reservations on booking this trip while being already in Sharm because we were open to many different opinions and which provided the better trips (hotel/local agencies/Internet) However, we didn't need to worry! The lowest price that FTS offered didn't compromise their service at all! Everything from initial communication with Heba and colleagues to transport, flight details, being met at the airport, the organisation of the day was flawless. Even the planning of the collection in the local taxi was spot on...the morning driver took a photo of us so the evening driver could recognise us easily! Brilliant!! The guide Emam and the driver Mahmoud Hossny were amazing! So friendly and accommodating during the whole day and looked after us every step of the way. There was a supply of cold drinks in the bus available to us during the day. The only slight negative of the day was that we shared the day with an Italian couple who wanted to do things that we have already done in the past and we had to wait for them as we didn't want them to miss anything! We really enjoy the day and we are so glad that we decided to go with FTS. I want to also thank Heba for her patience and for answering all my questions !

Fantastic experience for me. Impressed of the quality of informations I received during the excursion. The guide Azima is not just a guide but an expert of Egypt. Really apreciated his entusiasm and his languages level( speaks a perfect russian), not just a guide but a fantastic person as well! I highly reccomend the trip!

That was great. Very good time. The +: The driver Said, the guide Hela with the visit of the Museum, Nabil in carriage (photos with pyramids). We also recommend the little ride on the Nile (even if not much to see, fresh air, boat, Nile, pictures... It's a good time) and the camel ride or carriage to the pyramids for memorable photos. With the extra time we were able to see the making of Papyrus as well as a shop to smell various natural essential oils. (Tourist shops as in Thailand for those who have already done so). The - : Buffet restaurant good but not very typical rather tourist. No bottle of water was offered to us as planned in the announcement during the tours. Maybe you should have asked them? It is the generosity of Said (our driver) who on the way back to the airport stopped at a Service Station and when he saw that we were going to buy water, he offered them to us. Thanks again to Said and the whole team.

Absolutely amazing trip. Everything went so smoothly. The tour was perfect. I have to mention Mohamed our tour guide and Sameh our driver. They were both friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered every questions we had and are a credit to the tour company.

The tour was very well organised and delivered what was promised. The guide was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He organised our camel rides and boat tour. We were provided with cold drinks throughout the day. Our ride was very comfortable with good air conditioning and an experienced driver. Lunch was included but the restaurant was very noisy and crowded. All in all we had an excellent day and it was a wonderful experience.

We booked this Tour from home by contacting the agency directly. The tour started in the morning with the first flight at 6:00 and we returned in the evening around 23:00. We chose Italian guide and we ended up being the only couple, which was nice because we could choose what to do! Our guide was super explained everything very well! the tour although tiring is worth it, the pyramids are magnificent to see live, the boat trip also very nice! The only flaw in the organization, we arrived in Cairo very early around 7-7:30 and the Egyptian museum opened at 9:00, we took a little tour to see a mosque and then they did not know what to make us do while waiting for the opening (about 1 hour). The best came in the evening tired when we landed again in Sharm at 21:00, we found no one waiting to take us back to the Village! We contacted via what s up the agency and they replied that they would arrive shortly, we waited for 40 minutes and no one arrived! We then decided to take a taxi, which also helped us by trying to contact the agency on the phone that did not answer. The next day we contacted them asking for a taxi refund and explanations, and they said they would try to understand what had happened. After a week contacting them again we but by email they told me that the driver was waiting for us at the airport and they attached the photo, very strange as our name was not on the sign and why that evening they could not tell us that it was there? In summary I recommend the tour for the Guide and for the places visited but not the Processing Agency.

Mixed experience. Waiting + 30 minutes at the airport for our guide to arrive. Boat ride for a fee before going to the Cairo Museum , a bit mandatory otherwise we wait in the street. Museum = very good , the guide explains perfectly. Lunch = mediocre , arrived in a room full of people , the restaurant is completely smoky by the kitchen , it is very noisy and some dishes are cold , drinks are paid and the waiters do not mind to give them directly to the children = forced sale. Visit to an oil shop = very good even if by comparison the prices are bcp more expensive than in Sharm el Sheikh. Visit of the Giza plateau = Beautiful , we are autonomous and have plenty of time to do what we want. Visit to a Papyrus shop = very good Brief between disappointment and satisfaction ... However I do not advise against , really go without particular expectations and you will not be disappointed.
