Sfumature di Sharm
Abbiamo avuto una graditissima sorpresa con questo tour: la nostra guida, Asa, è stata molto esaustiva e simpatica, ci ha portato a conoscere angoli di Sharm El Sheik che normalmente non avremmo visto e si è dimostrata molto paziente col nostro gruppo. Sia le moschee che la chiesa si sono rivelate all’altezza delle aspettative e la guida di Asa ha impreziosito ulteriormente l’esperienza. Non possiamo che consigliare di cuore questo tour, speriamo in futuro di farne altri!

Un tocco di cultura a Sharm e un relax con shopping
Ottima esperienza per la città di Sharm con Ayman. Abbiamo visitato quello indicato nel tour, abbiamo comprato a Sharm vecchia e terminato con la vista della città dall'alto. Parla inglese e abbastanza italiano. Molto gentile e disponibile

Amazing city tour with Yasser

Great tour guide but tour not as described
Firstly I want to say my guide Azza was great and knowledgeable. However,There was some miscommunication from the tour operator who was using WA to contact me although i sent them my egypt SIM number which would've been better to contact me on via phone call. This eventually led to the pick up arriving on time but me not being notified by Call just a text so luckily I checked my WA messages and saw message that car was now waiting outside for past 10min.
But most importantly, the trip was advertised as a visit with entry into the 3 sites, mosques and cathedral but once arrived at first stop off I was notified that we would not be able to go inside mosques or cathedral as they were either closed to the public now or a service was going on in cathedral so we could not walk around inside and take videos/pictures of the amazing interior architecture and decor.
This was a big let down as the selling point for me was to see inside the mosques and cathedral and photograph opportunities otherwise I would not have booked the trip as I could have chartered a taxi for half the price and visited all 3 sites and taken pictures from the outside especially as I had already visited the outside of the 2 mosques on several occasions before and had taken exterior photo opportunities.
I was told that I should have booked the earlier tour if I wanted to visit inside the mosques but this was never stated on the what to expect description of the tour. It stated entry included to all 3 sites and no exclusion of entry was ever indicated depending on the time of the tour you booked?
Azza did her best to offer a complimentary earlier tour the next day but I only had 1 more full day left of my holiday and that was taken up with another itinerary.
Disappointed that we were not told until pickup that we would not get entry to the mosques on the later pickup tour and hopefully my feedback I have at the time will be listened too now notify people during booking process or updated info on tour description that entry to mosques not guaranteed for the later tour time then people can decide whether to book or not rather than pay upfront and only told entry not guaranteed at time of pickup.

Azza the best tourist guide !
I was with my teenage son and our guide Azza was so kind and gentle that make us feel at home. My son call her auntie Azza and I call her sister. It was an excellent experience, she is very professional and friendly

Best day with Azza!!!
Azza, amazing guide and even more amazing person!!! Besides speaking both italian and english she managed every situation to our best interrest. Me and my mom had a perfect time visiting the Mosque, Old Market and the perfect picture spot at sunset to make some beautiful memories! Thank you again Azza for an amazing afternoon 🥰

Great sightseeing tour!

Déçu
Malheureusement la prestation n'était pas à hauteur de nos attentes, ni du programmes initial :
Transport de-à votre hôtel : OK
Visite de la mosquée Al Sahaba : Fermée
Visitez la cathédrale céleste : Fermée
Arrêt shopping du Vieux Marché : plus d'une heure d'attente dans un magasin en attendant la fin de la prière
Il faut dire que notre visite était prévue un vendredi (jour de prière pour les musulmans) ce qui a pour effet de nous empêcher de visiter la mosquée et la plupart des magasins du vieux marché étaient fermées. J'imagine que ça doit être comme ça chaque semaine.
Malgré la gentillesse de notre guide qui a du "gérer" ces situations, nous sommes très déçu de cette prestation
