Migliore di come mi aspettassi!
Un’esperienza bellissima! Siamo andati con due bambini di 2 anni e mezzo e 10 mesi e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Dal nostro prelievo a Sharm al nostro rientro è stato tutto perfetto (l’unica nota negativa il ritardo aereo al ritorno ma questo non è dipeso da loro ovviamente). Un giorno intenso con una guida eccezionale! Simpatico e preparatissimo! Ahmed se non ricordo male; abbiamo imparato tanto sul Cairo, le piramidi, il museo e la cultura egizia! Grazie davvero! Bellissimo anche il giro sul Nilo, battello nuovo, pulito e il ragazzo alla guida simpaticissimo ha fatto ballare e giocare i nostri bimbi ( il mio e la figlia di un altra coppia che è stata con noi durante il tour!). Pranzo buono e giro al mercato caratteristico, abbiamo visto tante sfaccettature del Cairo. Questo tour ha davvero superato le nostre aspettative.

Gita al Cairo
Puntualita' e precisione. Dal transfer di andata a quello di ritorno. Splendida e preparata la guida. Sempre presente e disponibile. Consigliatissimo. Cammello, Piramidi, Museo, giro sul Nilo. Grazie

Zeer aan te bevelen
We zijn ontzettend blij met de reis en iedereen die Caïro wil zien zonder zelf zoveel planning te doen moet deze excursie boeken. Er was een vlot en gemakkelijk contact met het bedrijf en we kregen alle informatie, de tickets en alle bevestigingen op WhatsApp.
We boekten een groepsreis maar het bleek dat alleen wij de reis nog leuker maakten omdat we zelf alle tijden konden beslissen en op niemand hoefden te wachten.
Onze gids Mohammed en de chauffeur waren fantastisch en zorgden ervoor dat alles ging precies zoals we wilden. Ze zouden op ons wachten zolang we wilden en we voelden ons nooit gehaast. Als we ergens voor een langere tijd wilden zijn, was dat prima en als we sneller verder wilden met de reis, was dat ook prima.
Een bezoek aan de piramides en het zien van de sfinx was een onvergetelijke ervaring.
Het enige wat we niet echt genoten was de Bazar. Er waren geweldige dingen te kopen en we zijn blij dat we het zagen, maar de verkopers waren te opdringerig, het voelde allemaal erg ongemakkelijk. We vonden onze gids en de chauffeur na ongeveer 25 minuten en konden meteen vertrekken.
Daarna werden we naar een groot winkelcentrum gereden (een 180 graden verschil met de Bazar, het voelde alsof we in een heel ander land waren. Het was rustig, kalm en schoon).

Day out to Cairo
Really good trip. Everything was well arranged. Had plenty of time in Cairo and didn’t feel rushed. Guide was super knowledgeable.

Day trip to Cairo from Sharm El Sheik, June 2025.
Had a great visit to Cairo from Sharm El Sheik with 'Book Tour Egypt'. Communication was excellent with regular updates regarding flight details, visa requirement, taxi arrangements etc. We joined 5 others to make a party of 7. Our friendly guide Fahmi and the minibus driver helped to pack a lot into the day including the pyramids, sphinx, camel / cart ride, Cairo Museum, Nile boat ride, lovely restaurant buffet lunch with pyramid view, souks and cool off at Nile Ritz Carlton. There is also the obligatory perfume and papyrus shop visits but there is absolutely no pressure to buy. I last visited the Giza Plateau in 1996 and to be honest its now a more pleasurable experience as the traders seem to have calmed down a bit. Be prepared for a long day but overall a good experience provided by a professional outfit. Although I already considered Egypt to be a safe country your security is also taken care of by the company. I recommend 'Book Tour Egypt' and give them 5 stars *****

Great trip to Kairo and Giza
Decided to travel by plane, which seemed right choise afterwards. Departure from hitel was early, but it is way more comfortable to visit in Giza early hours when it is less crowded and not as hot as afternoon. Our guide Fahmy was great and took amazing pictures of us. Real insta staff. We missed the panorama view which can easily be included as a first stop in the area. Lunch included the teip was really great.
Trip included two stops in Papyrus ”museum” and oil/parfym shop, which I think are waist of time. Instead visiting the market place would be more interesting. Nile Cruise is nice.
It is a long day wven by plane and conditions are really demanding during the summer time.
I can easily recommend this trip as a easy option.

Unforgettable experience
We had an amazing time. Our guide Ahmed was brilliant and took such good care of us (he also is a very talented photographer!) It was also great to be in such a small group. Do be aware however that it is a very long day, despite selecting a 6am departure you will likely be picked up from your hotel between 3:30 and 4:00 AM - that being said don’t let it put you off! It was an unforgettable experience and completely worth it.

Shouting and embarrassing Cairo trip
The excursion was lovely but at the end the guide was unprofessional in his attitude and manner towards us (me and my friend). We paid for our trip here in UK and printed our voucher and opted out of some of the options given.
The guide Mr Ahmed or Mad Ahmed he liked to be called, paid for certain parts (which was odd). He initially met us at the airport but did not take us back (he went home) the driver took us back. But before we got to the airport the driver stopped the bus and we were asking why... his English non-existent then he took a call from Mad Ahmed asking for me by name shouting down the mobile.
Next minute the doors fly open and there was Ahmed shouting about how we owed him money for the museum and Spinx excursions, saying he paid from his own pocket. In the end we paid just him the monies in euro (as the situation was embarrassing with the shouting etc.) and had to ask for a receipt (which I still have with the tickets) His manner was rude, loud and very very unprofessional...
If there was an issue of any kind, he should have taken us aside and spoke to us professionally. There was no need for the scene he created. We were unaware of any misunderstanding. It was humiliating, embarrassing to be spoken that way. I have already mentioned this matter to the company regarding Ahmed's behaviour. I work in customer services and his manner would not be tolerated.
This experience has put a downer on the excursion and the whole experience of Cairo. If I were to go again. I will NOT be booking with Tripadvisor.
