Je gekwalificeerde Egyptoloog-gids haalt je op bij je hotel / Nijlcruise in Luxor of Luxor International Airport en begeleidt je tijdens je bezoek aan de Westelijke Jordaanoever waar je de beroemde Vallei der Koningen kunt zien, waar veel koningen begraven liggen in deze vallei . De meest bekende graven zijn koning Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tutankhamun, koning Ramssess VI, koning Mrenptah en AmonhotepII.
Ga dan verder met het bezoeken van de majestueuze tempel van koningin Hatsjepsoet, die werd gebouwd door koningin Hatsjepsoet, dochter van Thutmosis I, die ongeveer 20 jaar in de 18e dynastie 1490-1469 v.Chr. Over Egypte regeerde, de enige faraonische vrouw die het oude Egypte regeerde.
Hierna gaan we door naar de kolossen van Memnon waar je de gelegenheid hebt om enkele foto's te maken.
Ga dan naar de prachtige Vallei der Koninginnen waar het graf van de Grote Koningin Nefertari ligt.
We reizen nu naar de East Bank in Luxor. Lunch in een lokaal restaurant. Na je lunch gaan we verder met het bezoeken van de Karnak-tempels, het grootste voorbeeld van aanbidding in de geschiedenis gewijd aan de God Amon, zijn vrouw Mut en hun zoon Khonsu.
Sluit je tour af met een bezoek aan de prachtige tempel van Luxor die werd gebouwd door Amunhotep III in de 18e dynastie in het Nieuwe Koninkrijk en werd voltooid door Ramses II tijdens de 19e dynastie. I had an excellent private day tour of the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut with Reflections Travel. I was traveling alone, and from the moment the driver picked me up right on time at my hotel, I felt completely comfortable and well looked after. My guide Abdelhamid was fantastic — very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Egypt’s history. He made the tour feel personal and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions along the way. What I appreciated most was how flexible he was, allowing me to adjust the itinerary and spend more time at the sites I was most interested in. When I wanted to visit more than the three tombs included with the base ticket at the Valley of the Kings, Abdelhamid gave me excellent recommendations and shared fascinating stories about each tomb and its pharaoh. Overall, it was a perfect day — well organized, informative, and truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Reflections Travel and Abdelhamid for anyone visiting Luxor!

Super informativer Guide Mostafa, sehr viel Wissen, hat wirklich Begeisterung gezeigt für seinen Job und es geschafft, unsere nach dem Mittag doch müden Kids (10 u 12 J) zu motivieren. Driver mit gut gepflegtem, klimatisierten 7-Sitzer. Danke, Mostafa, für einen wunderschönen Tag!

My guide Hassan was the best I could get, very experienced and highly qualified!! Fully recomendation for him, he took a lot of time to explain everything at the different places with high effort! Ahmed did an excellent job! His English and knowledge were great, and he was very helpful throughout the day. We had a private tour, which I highly recommend. Luxor is such a beautiful place, and Ahmed showed us some truly wonderful spots, sharing interesting facts and local insights along the way. In the afternoon, he gave us time to rest and later picked us up again in the evening so we could visit Luxor Temple by night — absolutely stunning! Everything was perfectly organized, and we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.
