We went to the hot air balloon with Daha’s team this morning. Everything was great! The staffs are all friendly, helpful and welcoming. They picked us from the hotel on time at 4:30am in the morning. Then everything was arranged from car and boat transport, to the flying. The view is amazing and they have very reasonable price for our whole family. We had such a good time!

Something I'm glad to have experienced, the flight operator was amazing explaining each landmark and taking us to the highest spot exactly at the time of sunrise. Taha and Ahmed were great in picking us up from the hotel and dropping us back. Although it's pricey, it's due to the efforts and the huge ground crew involved. So worth it.
