We were a little sad that the Ballon ride did not happen because of wind. However, the cruise was enjoyable. The tour guides were great. Aida, our guide and Kiro our driver were awesome, our guide in Abu Simbel also awesome and finally out guide Abanoub and our two drivers made this trip one of our best travel adventures!!!

Great vacation. The cruise was OK, but the tours were Great. Our tour guides Ahmed, Aida and Abanoub made our journey extremely interesting. Our driver in Aswan Kiro was a very nice and cordial!!

Abanoub was our guide. He made every effort to accommodate group requests, explained everything in detail and answered questions. It was an action-packed experience with a lot of walking, exploring and learning. Id definitely recommend it if you’re into history and like an active trip. We had minor hiccups here and there but everyone was nice and helpful, even apologetic at times if they felt they couldn’t offer us the best they could. People are so friendly and I didn’t mind tipping here and there since everything was reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend this company.

We took the 4 night cruise on the Nile, from Luxor to Aswan, overall it was a good experience, but our tour guide, Abanoub Shaheed, made it easy for us. It is impossible to not notice that Abanoub has an immense knowledge in Egyptian history and mythology, but above all it is impossible not to realized the great man he is. He’s so helpful and a problem-solving man, to make it short, we experienced a few issues trying to reach out our tour operator, we understand they manage several contracts; however, they lacked of communication and never kept us posted about anything, including pick-up time or any directions during our cruise and excursions. And there’s where Abanoub came to rescue us, he was always reaching us, asking about our stay, calling directly to agency management, and solving any issues we faced in a country where is very difficult to communicate. Overall, I recommend this tour, you visit awesome places rich in civilizations and history, the boat is not the best, but it works, and I have to say it again, we had the best guide during our whole trip in Egypt, Abanoub Shaheed.

It was an incredible experience. Everyone at Cruzeiro was very attentive, making the experience wonderful. The places we visited are incredible and the experience is complete with the very good guides. Our guide in Luxor was Abanoub, he helped us in every situation, has great knowledge and made the experience complete and wonderful!

Our Tour guide was Ameen and he was amazing. He showed us around the temples and gave us lots of information, additionally he gave us as much time as we needed to go around for pictures. During our trip our flight was rescheduled to the next day and Ameen helped us in everything to arrange for the additional duration of the stay. Overall it was a very nice experience and I highly recommend Ameen as your tour guide.
