A good idea but too much time wasted in activities to try to cash out from tourists
This is a good idea if you wish to combine your wish to stay on the sunny Hurghada while visiting the pyramids. We were happy to have this opportunity despite the pace is quite intense since they pic you up at 3am and you won’t be back at the hotel before 10pm. Nevertheless some “negative points”I wish I knew before to take into account:
The trip its self had good point but is unnecessarily dragged out so they can take you to local shops like parfum shop and papyrus factory to sell you tourist stuff. We were absolutely not interested in that and we’d rather spent this time visiting the suk ( in the end we went there but they gave us only 30 minutes so it was more like a rush).Also the “Nilo cruise” is a simple boat trip in the middle of the city.. more like a way to cash out more money (technically it’s optional but if you do t do that you end up waiting in the bus). Despite these points that I hope will be improved I do recommend this trip if your dream is to visit Pyramids

Best trip ever!
I cannot recommend this company enough! From the day I booked the day trip for a family of 9, the communication was great. The day of the trip went so smoothly and the flight perfect!
Our guide Fahma was incredibly. So funny, knowledgeable and made our trip even more incredible.

Beter vind je het niet! MAGISCH
Ik kan dit bedrijf niet aanraden, de route of de gids is genoeg! Het hele proces was perfectie. De communicatie via WhatsApp was ongeëvenaard. Onze gids Ahmed was als familie aan het einde van de dag en we voelden ons allemaal betraand afscheid te nemen! Wat een legende! Hij trakteerde mijn jongens op een paar kleine cadeautjes en nam ons mee naar veel geweldige sites die we nooit zouden vinden op uw eigen. Hij was zo gepassioneerd en deskundig - we hebben zoveel geleerd - en een beetje als een vader voor ons, die de hele dag voor ons zorgde. We zullen niet aarzelen om Book Tour Egypte weer te gebruiken. Geweldige waarde en kwaliteit!

Great Experience, Highly recommended
We had a great experience as a family on this Cairo and the Pyramids tour. It was a well-planned tour with well organised flights, food and more than enough time to cover all the attractions. Most importantly, our tour guide - Mr Fahmi was exceptional - very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on Egyptian history which made our tour extra special. The tour management kept us well updated before the trip, overall great service. Highly Recommended!!!

Fantastic family day in Cairo
We visited Cairo as a mum with two kids at the end of October and had an amazing experience. Everything was really well organised — we received all the information we needed the day before, and there was a responsive WhatsApp contact on the day in case of any issues.
Our hotel pickup was right on time, and the EgyptAir flight was smooth and comfortable, with snacks and water provided. In Cairo, we met our friendly guide and driver for a full day exploring the Egyptian Museum, the Giza Pyramids, and the Sphinx. We even went inside a pyramid and enjoyed a fun camel ride — a real highlight for the kids!
Lunch was a buffet, followed by a stop at a papyrus workshop where we watched a papyrus-making demonstration. We ended the day wandering through Old Cairo and the bustling Khan Al-Khalili bazaar.
Throughout the day, our guide shared great information and insights that kept both adult and children engaged, and our driver navigated Cairo’s wild traffic with impressive skill!
Overall, it was a fantastic, well-organised tour — we learned a lot, had a great time, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.

Long day but brilliant guide and excellent tour.
What an amazing experience. The booking process was simple, we had great communication from the local operator via WhatsApp. Flights were booked and details sent the day before departure.
It's a very long day but it is so worth it. Our guide, Ahmed was amazing and our driver, Muhammed, navigated the roads of Cairo with skill.
The information was brilliant with some comedy thrown in to not make it boring. We had my elderly Mum with us and both Ahmed and Muhammed went out of their way to make sure she had a great experience too.
We were in a party of 10 people in an air conditioned mini bus in Cairo. Very comfortable.
Be also did the optional camel ride to the top of the hill for awesome views of the pyramids as well as the boat cruise on the Nile.
I would highly recommended this tour when visiting Egypt.

The whole experience was incredible! We got picked up at our hotel around 3am, so quite an early start but totally worth it as it was quieter when we arrived. When we arrived in Cairo we met our tour guide Rafah, who was amazing throughout the whole day. His knowledge of the history and culture was outstanding, especially when we were in the Museum, as he was able to go into great detail about each artefact. The day was planned perfectly to ensure we had plenty of time to explore, take in the views, and loads of opportunities for photos. The Giza Plateau was out of this world. Pictures certainly don’t do it justice. I believe everyone needs to see it at least once in their lifetime, and I would highly recommend booking with Viator. I really cant fault the trip at all and would do it again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful Experience 100% recommend
This was an incredible experience - it was a long day an early 3am pickup and pretty jam packed but it was very well organised from beginning to end. Our tour guide Rafat (not sure I got that name exactly right) was incredible his knowledge and passion for Egyptian history was amazing and shone through. He was outstanding in every way. Each and every experience was amazing the camel ride, the Nile boat trip the museum and of course the pyramids was breathtaking.
I recommend you do them all as it’s really a wonderful way to experience this - I was unsure about the camel ride personally as it was a bit scary but glad I did it. The Nile cruise at the end of the day was perfect way to cool down and relax before going to the airport.
The new visitors centre is really good and well
Thought out we saw everything and had lots of opportunity to explore take photos and learn about the history it’s really remarkable.
I don’t have enough positive adjective to describe how wonderful the day was.
I would not hesitate in booking this trip you will not regret it yes it’s an early start and a late finish and very full on but it’s incredible value for money when you consider everything included.
