We scheduled this at the last minute and were contacted right away. We stayed in new Cairo and they picked us up and dropped us off without a problem. Both Ahmed’s were nice and kind. Our tour was about 3 hours.

We had a fabulous evening on our night tour of Cairo with Ahmed (our guide) and Ahmed 2 (our driver). From start to finish, they made the experience memorable. Ahmed took us to some truly iconic spots, including the famous Fishwary traditional coffee house and the well-known Abou Tarek koshary restaurant, giving us an authentic taste of local culture and food. His knowledge of Cairo, its history and its people was exceptional, and he always made sure our enjoyment and safety came first. He navigated the markets brilliantly, confidently negotiating with locals so we could relax and simply enjoy the experience. We felt completely safe the entire time. Special mention to Ahmed 2, who handled Cairo’s famously crazy traffic with incredible skill and calm. He was always waiting right where we needed him, when we finished each part of the tour. Having the tour entirely to ourselves made it feel very personal and special. We can’t recommend Ahmed and Ahmed 2 highly enough.

We had a really great time during this tour. I really appreciate the flexibility of our guide to accommodate our schedule and customize the tour based on our needs. Ahmed was a wonderful guide. Showed us parts of Cairo that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Khan El-Khalili was a great experience and we also got a tour of the mosque and enjoyed our tea in Al Fishawy cafe. A definite must do. The Koshari was incredible and we also enjoyed our Nile boat trip. It was a very varied tour and Ahmed was a wonderful guide. He was very knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge. Perhaps the best part about Ahmed as a guide was that he was happy to customise the tour depending on what we did or didn't want to do. I didn't find that to be the case with other tour guides so it was much appreciated.

We booked our trip to Egypt last minute, and Ahmed 1 and Ahmed 2 (our driver) went above and beyond to make everything work for us. What started as a spontaneous booking turned into one of our favorite tours — and it happened on my birthday, which made it even more special! Our evening began with a lively boat ride along the Nile, surrounded by Egyptian music, colorful lights, and great vibes. The combination of the music, the city views, and the energy of the people created such a magical atmosphere — it was impossible not to smile and not dance along! On our way to multiple stops, Ahmed shared stories about Egypt’s history and what life is like for Egyptians today. He had the perfect mix of humor and insight, which kept us laughing and learning the whole time. It didn’t feel like a lecture — it felt like spending time with a friend who truly loves his country and wants you to experience it the right way. One of my favorite parts was visiting the Bazaar. I had a few things on my shopping list, and Ahmed helped me find them all. He even taught us how to bargain (which was so fun!) and stepped in to negotiate a much better price on a bag I wanted. You could really tell he cared about his guests and wanted us to get the best deals — not just the tourist prices. We had Schwarma for dinner at a local spot. I love hole-in-the-wall restaurants, and this one did not disappoint. Overall my partner and I agreed that we had a lot of fun!
