Overall good experience with amazing tour guide
Everyone we met (staff on the cruise, the porters, drivers, etc) were all sincerely doing their best to accommodate our needs. While the ship was a bit older, the facilities were all decent and coordination flawless. A special shout out to our private tour guide, Mahmoud, who was incredible in his knowledge of Egyptian history, culture, and seamless communication and organization throughout our entire trip, which made a huge difference in our experience. He gave us advice on tipping etiquette in every situation so we know what is expected by the service provider. He was flexible in trying to make our trip more comfortable based on our arrival and departure schedule. Comparing to other tour guides we had in Cairo for the later part of the trip, who all tried to rip us off and skipped sights in order to take us to expensive souvenir shops where they get commissions, Mahmoud was by far the best-highly recommended and we would certainly be looking him up if we come back to Egypt-we told him that he is the god of tour guides :)

Great experience
We had amazing time during the whole trip and I can’t imagine better way of traveling from Aswan to Luxor and see all the beautiful ancient temples.
Ship itself was silent, rooms were clean and everything was well organized. I was surprised how good and diverse was food served for lunch and dinner. Staff was friendly, warm and helpful.
During tours themselves, Ahmed Salama was guiding us. He was extremely well organised, always there where we needed him to be and explaining history of Egypt in charming and interesting way. He adjusted every time we needed more time in the temple or wanted to sweep through some of the sites faster to save time. Wherever we went we had a feeling we are being taken care of and for that I want to thank Salama for the whole time he was with us. Thanks!

Memorable trip
The tour from Mr Amro and Egypt Unlimited Tours was fantastic. It is our first time in Egypt and we had a great time with your tour .Everythings went smooth and comfortable with Mr Amro.He is a very kind and generous man. He also politely advised us, How should we behave when walking outside without him to avoid scammers.
He also provided knowledgeable information.
The boat (Le feyan) is clean with a good facility .

Excellent organization
Our guide, Ahmed, was very interactive, engaging and knowledgeable. Having a private guide allowed us to strategically avoid crowds, so that we had moments when we were on our own peacefully enjoying the breathtaking monuments. As an insider, Ahmed helped us not just with with historical facts, but also tips on how to negotiate and deal with local customs. He knew many people and sorted out all the tickets, transports, suggested how to tip and where to get the best buy for souvenirs. In a couple of occasions we got a VIP skip-the-line treatment, as he knew the site organisers! We saved so much time and hassle. Recommended if you just want to focus on the experience, without getting stuck in small organisational details, and get the best from your visit.

Incredible experience on the Nile river!
We had an amazing experience with Unlimited Tours during our 4 days cruise on the Nile river.
Everything was very well organised and our guide Ahmed Salama was very professional and knowledgeable about the history of Ancient Egypt. Additionally, he was giving us many tips for the rest of our trip.
Highly recommended! The whole package was better than we expected. And the optional Air Hot Baloon over the Valley of the Kings in Luxor experience was life changing! :)

Great experience
We were lucky enough to tour with Egypt Unlimited and had an amazing experience. The Fairmont Nile was a beautiful property and the staff was friendly. Having a guide meet us at the airport and assist with transfers eased our travel stress. They handled passports, luggage, everything. Alex shared a lot of history with us when we arrived and departed and was very engaging. He was eager to offer help and answer questions. Sheyma was our guide in Cairo and was extremely knowledgeable. We appreciated that she navigated the museums and crowds well. She usually took us aside to a less crowded attraction and spoke so that we could hear and see clearly. She shared a lot of fun facts and was very kind/open. She took amazing pics of us at the pyramid and coordinated a camel ride which was a bit scary-but exciting. We then met Mohamed and transferred to our boat. He ensured everything went seamlessly. The boat was nice with basic amenities. Our room had a leak that they tried to fix but it persisted. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a nicer room which we appreciated. The service and staff were exceptional onboard. We were impressed with the variety of food and dessert every night. There was a BBQ on the deck one night that we particularly enjoyed. Our next guide as we went south was Salama. He was like a walking encyclopedia. He knew so much about each monument, and did an amazing job. We appreciated that he explained the site before we went in and then let us explore on our own, looking for the highlights he explained. He also encouraged us to do a hot air balloon ride which was a trip highlight. We ended up having to depart the boat a night early and Mohamed was extremely accommodating and changed our flights/coordinated everything last minute. Overall we were very happy with the trip! Highly recommend Egypt unlimited for their great customer service and knowledge.

Wonderful experience, great service
We had a wonderful time during our Nile cruise, which was operated by Egypt Unlimited Tours. The cruise ship was outstanding, the service and the food on board were excellent. All tours were well organised. The representative in Aswan, Mahmoud, was very friendly, punctual and helpful. The owner, Mohamed Mostafa, was very prompt and clear in his communications. I recommend him and his company.

Croisière très agréable permettant de profiter des paysages magnifiques qu'offre le Nil, sur un pont, très bien aménagé avec piscine, chaises longues confortables. Chambres très bien aménagées, confortables, excellente literie. Equipage d'une grande gentillesse et amabilité. Grande qualité des services proposés, notamment en restauration, niveau gastronomique.
Nous avons bénéficié de l'accompagnement d'un guide (Ismail) francophone, de compagnie très agréable, passionné, pédagogue et efficace.
Expérience que nous renouvellerions volontiers.
Seul bémol, le coût excessif demandé par la société organisant les visites guidées, pour une visite supplémentaire ajoutée au programme initialement prévu.
