El tour fue muy bueno, completo si bien el crucero no era tan cómodo cumplía con lo necesario. Lo que marcó una gran experiencia fue sin duda nuestro guía Mina Rafat siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos, a explicar con detalle la historia detrás de cada lugar que visitamos, lo cual le dio un plus a la experiencia. Siempre con muy buena disposición y pendiente del grupo. Recomiendo el tour y encarecidamente a nuestro guía King Mina.

Booking a Nile cruise through sites like Viator or TripAdvisor is like playing Russian roulette. You think you’re booking one boat, and you end up on another – it’s rarely the same as shown in the pictures. In our case, the boat was older and of lower quality than advertised. That was disappointing… but in the end, it didn’t matter. And that’s entirely thanks to one person: our guide, King Mina. Mina, without exaggeration, was the highlight of the whole trip. He’s incredibly friendly, respectful, and has an outstanding knowledge of Egyptian history – he has a PhD in the subject. He explains everything clearly and with passion, and he’s always attentive to the group’s needs. If we wanted to change something in the itinerary, he was flexible. If we needed help with anything, he was always there. For example, he helped me exchange money safely when we didn’t know where to go. My girlfriend’s birthday happened to fall during the cruise, and Mina even helped organize a surprise celebration on the boat with cake and live music - something we’ll never forget. Throughout the trip, he took us to several local shops, like stone and papyrus stores, which were truly interesting. He was always in a good mood, full of positive energy, laughing, and teaching us Egyptian words when we asked. He even helped me order a custom polo shirt with my name written in hieroglyphs! So yes… the boat wasn’t the one we booked, and it was frustrating to feel like we didn’t get what we paid for. But Mina completely turned things around. He made the journey memorable, fun, and genuinely enriching. We came home with beautiful memories – and above all, grateful to have met him. If you decide to take this cruise, try to book directly with the cruise company – and make sure your guide is King Mina. He truly makes all the difference. Gratifications are not included. This cruise experience was wonderful, Mina was great, always in a good mood always trying to comfort us, and trying to make us feel as good as possible He adapted to us, and tried his best to make this a good experience for us, which he accomplished The group was great, we all had great fun together and we became friends The food was amazing and the treat towards us by cruise workers aswell

The cruise was very nice, the tour guide Mina was highly knowledgeable and very attentive. Food was generally good. I recommend this once in a lifetime experience to anyone.

Amazing tour! The cruise itself was lovley with great service, comfortable rooms and good food. The main highlight was our guide Mina, he was knowledgable, entertaining and very accommodating. He was always ready to help with any requests and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. A brilliant tour which I’d highly recommend!

Ha sido increíble, a pesar de los madrugones para visitar templo, está todo muy bien organizado, tienes tiempo también para descansar y disfrutar del barco. La habitación muy cómoda y vistas inmejorables, por supuesto muy buena la atención y servicial de sus trabajadores. La comida exquisita, exceptuando el desayuno que te dan cuando te vas pronto a las excursiones que solo son dos días, todo lo de más hace que haya sido una experiencia muy buena.

La experiencia fue buena general, en cuanto al crucero, la comida, los paisajes y lugares visitados. Sin embargo, la organización deja que desear. El guía nunca estuvo todo el tiempo con nosotros, solo el primer día. Luego, enviaban un guía diferente todos los días, unos mejores que otros. Lo mas horrible fue que mienten respecto a la hora de inicio del tour. Yo elegí las 10 am como hora de inicio, donde se supone que me recogían en mi hotel. Ese día me llega un mensaje del guía a las 8.20 am diciendome que estuviera listo a las 8.45 am, porque el tour comenzaba mas temprano. No es posible hacer eso, ni jugar con el tiempo de las personas. Uno como turista tiene todo agendado y si la reserva en website dice 10 am, es 10am, no 8.45. Al final me tocó perderme todas las actividades del día 1 por su falta de comunicación y de seriedad. No me quisieron reembolsar el dinero por esas actividades y en su lugar me dieron un tour gratis a la Comunidad de los Nubios. Sin embargo, no queda uno satisfecho. De resto, estuvo bien, lo justo y esperado.

Hacer un crucero por el Nilo fue una experiencia inolvidable. El barco estaba en excelentes condiciones, las piezas cómodas y limpias, y el personal ofreció una atención muy amable durante todo el viaje. Además, venden alcohol a bordo, lo que permite disfrutar aún más de los atardeceres navegando por el río. Eso sí, recomiendo hacer este viaje con mucha energía: es una aventura intensa. Para visitar los templos y sitios arqueológicos, hay que levantarse muy temprano —en promedio a las 4:00 a.m.—, ya que las excursiones comienzan con el primer sol para evitar el calor del mediodía. Un punto a tener en cuenta es que el precio del crucero no incluye las entradas a los sitios turísticos ni las propinas, por lo que es importante considerar ese gasto adicional en el presupuesto. En resumen, es una excelente forma de recorrer el Alto Egipto de forma cómoda, con paisajes únicos y visitas guiadas que valen totalmente el esfuerzo.

Great experience in cruise. The guide Mr. Khaled is very friendly and kind. He arranged every sight seeing very nicely and comfortably. Cabin rooms in cruise are bigger and clean. Food and service is also very good.
