Volgens de gevraagde tijd wordt u opgehaald bij uw hotel in Aswan en rijdt u naar het zuiden van Aswan, wat ongeveer 3 uur rijden is om te genieten van de Abu Simbel-dagtour vanuit Aswan met een voertuig met airconditioning. De twee tempels van Abu Simbel worden met hun unieke stijl beschouwd als de meesterwerken van het oude Egypte. Ze weerspiegelen de glorie en grootsheid van het nieuwe koninkrijk. De Egyptische regering en UNESCO besloten samen te werken om deze tempels te redden van de overstroming. De Tempel van Ramses II was gewijd aan de vier universele goden Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re en aan Ramses II zelf. De grote tempel van Abu Simbel wordt ook wel de Zonnetempel van Ramses II genoemd. De tempel van koningin Nefertari wordt ook wel de Tempel van Hathor genoemd, die de vrouw was van de Zonnegod, dus op symbolische wijze zijn de twee tempels, die van Ramses II en die van Nefertari, breng Ramses II, Nefertari, Hathor en de Zonnegod samen als één. Breng daar ongeveer 3 uur door en neem dan de terugweg naar Aswan.

Es un tour muy rápido y muy básico, el problema es la distancia que son 4horas de ida y 4 de regreso, pero vale totalmente el camino en medio del desierto. Cumple con la descripción y nuestra guía fue muy buena, como plus es de los tours más económicos. Otros compañeros lo hicieron con otra agencia y pagaron más de 140USD por exactamente lo mismo. Así que lo recomiendo muchísimo.

I think that Abu Simbel is able to be 1 of 7 wonders of the world. Is really amazing place, but the travel is boring, amost 6 hours in a car and 1 hour to visit

Magnifique lieu, le site est incontournable. Au niveau de la prestation pas d'eau fournie sur la journée. Notre guide Choukry s'exprimait à peu près correctement en français mais donnait l'impression de subir le moment qu'il passait avec nous en expédiant les explications. Il était pressé de rentrer et n'est même pas descendu de la voiture à notre retour pour nous saluer. Chauffeur prudent mais manque de civilité. Repas local simple mais bon.

We are 3 people and it was completely private tour:) Mohammed(Hope spelling correct) speaks Japanese and he is very nice, calm and kind guide compared to others who we met in other tours in Egypt. We depart from our hotel 5am but we can relax on the bus. Everywhere in Egypt needs tipping. But even though we are not really familiar with it and sometimes forgot to give tips, the guide always takes care of that without stress to us! このツアーでお世話になったモハメドさんは、とっても穏やかで優しくて日本人にとってはとても行動しやすい方でした。たまにたどたどしい日本語なのも微笑ましいです。何より、チップの相場感がない日本人は期待外れな金額を行く先々で渡してしまったりするのですが、ゲストである我々の目につかないところでさりげなく追加の金額を渡していたり、とても優し書きづかいできる方でした。 実はこのツアーはお昼過ぎには終わったので、急遽川を渡って行くヌビア村のツアーも組んでもらいました。 帰りはお兄さんの車で安く送迎までしてもらい、本当に親切でありがたかったです。相談すればいろんな希望を叶えてくれるガイドさんでした。

Comparing this tour to others, it was severely overpriced for its value. We have paid as much for this tour as we did for a 3-day tour in Cairo, and we have also noticed that we have paid nearly triple as much as this tour is being offered for right now. The temples are definitely worth seeing however the guide could have done a better job. She got visibly flustered when we asked for water once we got to the temples because she was only planning on giving us water after the tour of the temples was completed. The entire guiding experience was provided outside the temple (apparently a local custom here) under full sun even though shade was readily available by the nearby trees. Thankfully it was just a highly abridged version of what one could get from reading the Wikipedia article on Abu Simbel so it didn’t last long and we were able to soon escape into the shadow of the temple. Aside from a few minutes in front of the temples, there really wasn’t much other information provided throughout the trip so a taxi ride and a pre-read of a Wikipedia article would have definitely been more valuable. Which brings me to the drive itself. We were the fastest vehicle on the road traveling at 140 kph and passing all other traffic, with complete disregard for blind spots. On numerous occasions we have passed highway transport trucks, also traveling at fast speeds, on an uphill or right hand turn with zero visibility of any traffic that might be coming from the other direction. On at least two occasions the driver positioned the vehicle in the middle of the road as if playing chicken with the oncoming traffic and waited for it to get close and move to the side of the road so he could squeeze in between the two vehicles. On a low volume highway this was entirely unnecessary. Coming back into town, we have almost run over a pedestrian and the driver swerved in front of a bus and although we did not get t-boned by the bus, we did get honked at for this reckless maneuver.

Très belle journée aux temples de Abou Simbel les temples sont magnifiques au milieu du lac nasser. C’est un must do à faire si vous visitez l’Égypte !

Had a great tour visiting Abu Simble with my tour guide Samir. He was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of photos and videos for me. He was also able to provide me with a detailed map on the temples while also explaining everything in a way that I can easily understand. This map was extremely helpful as the tour guides are not allowed to enter the temples. It allowed me know and understand exactly what I am looking at. I highly recommend Emo Tours especially with tour guide Samir. Also I highly recommend the lunch it was the best meal I had in Egypt!
