Volgens de gevraagde tijd wordt u opgehaald bij uw hotel in Aswan en rijdt u naar het zuiden van Aswan, wat ongeveer 3 uur rijden is om te genieten van de Abu Simbel-dagtour vanuit Aswan met een voertuig met airconditioning. De twee tempels van Abu Simbel worden met hun unieke stijl beschouwd als de meesterwerken van het oude Egypte. Ze weerspiegelen de glorie en grootsheid van het nieuwe koninkrijk. De Egyptische regering en UNESCO besloten samen te werken om deze tempels te redden van de overstroming. De Tempel van Ramses II was gewijd aan de vier universele goden Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re en aan Ramses II zelf. De grote tempel van Abu Simbel wordt ook wel de Zonnetempel van Ramses II genoemd. De tempel van koningin Nefertari wordt ook wel de Tempel van Hathor genoemd, die de vrouw was van de Zonnegod, dus op symbolische wijze zijn de twee tempels, die van Ramses II en die van Nefertari, breng Ramses II, Nefertari, Hathor en de Zonnegod samen als één. Breng daar ongeveer 3 uur door en neem dan de terugweg naar Aswan.

Modern car and comfortable ride
very modern car and comfortable ride. some of the roads are not well maintained but it is acceptable in general. we have enough time to see the temple

Great day at great temples
We had a wonderful time with our guide Ahmed. He provided insights on the temples and their preservation. The included meal was delicious. Even though the drive was long, the roads were mostly very good and it was interesting to see the countryside.

Great tour guide but distracted driver
Tour guide was excellent. But driver’s car had red tinted windows in rear, which made looking at the desert for 6 hours painful. Also, driver was often talking or looking at his phone, while was traffic coming in the opposite direction. Did not feel safe.

A wonderful experience @ Abu Simble Aswan
An outstanding tour, very nice car, an excellent tour guide and very experienced driver. The Temple is a must see, its location…etc. is very impressive. The lake view is astonishing and the weather at this time of the year is amazing. Samir the Tour Guide provided an incredible sincere explanation. Mohammed the car driver was very nice and experienced. Thank you.

A wonderful experience and day trip
This is a great and special day out and especially since we were lucky to have Hamou as our driver for the day. He made us feel safe, looked after and it was clear our experience of the day was very important to him. He kept checking in to see if there was anything we needed and very accommodating. We definitely recommend Hamou and he is a true asset to the company

Mal servicio. Decepcionante.
La verdad, bastante decepcionados. Motivos: - La van que nos vino a buscar estaba en pésimas condiciones. Vieja y descuidada. Incluso nos reventó una rueda de camino. Hoy voy con otra compañía de camino a Luxor y la van que nos vino a buscar es infinitamente mejor. - La información sobre lo que está incluido es engañosa. Aparece escrito “entrada incluida al complejo de Abu Simbel” pero cuando llegas allí te dice que no está incluida la entrada al templo. ¿Cuál es la entrada incluida al complejo? No existe tal entrada. Te incluyen una cosa que no se paga. - El guía no habla bien español. Nada bien. Te hace un discurso de 10 minutos que difícilmente se entiende y como te salgas de ahí o hagas preguntas ya no sabe contestarte en español. Aprendí más con documentales de YouTube. Lo bueno: - Los dos conductores eran majos. Hicieron bien su trabajo y ellos no tienen culpa de tener un mal medio de transporte. Solucionaron la rueda reventada en poco tiempo.

It has been an amazing tour! Our driver, Hamo, was punctual and always checked to see if we were fine. The tour lasted 10 hours, but it was totally worth it! We never felt rushed and took photos everywhere we wanted in Abu Simbel! Definitely, this tour is 100% recommended! 😄

Amazing experience. Totally worth the drive. Don’t let anyone tell you that it’s not worth the effort.
Overall- the tour was amazing! I would highly recommend the tour to anyone. Car and driver - Mohammed, did not hesitate to stop when we wanted to get something to eat or a quick snack stop along the way. The car was almost brand new and very clean. Pretty hard to find in Egypt! Guide - Mc D was knowledgeable, thorough and did not rush us through the whole experience. His knowledge about the place and patience to answer questions were commendable. He was kind to get us some fruits to munch when we felt hungry. He went above and beyond and definitely made the day worth the drive. Thank you!
