Bad tour planning and management.
We booked a trip to Cairo with high expectations, but the management and overall organization were disappointing. Pickup was delayed by 40 minutes in the middle of the night, and during the 18-hour journey only one small bottle of water was provided after repeatedly asking. There was clear miscommunication between the driver and the guide, which wasted time, and the guide’s performance was average. We were taken to a below-average perfume shop, likely for commission, which delayed lunch even though the food itself was tasty. The visit to the Grand Museum was rushed, with less than 1.5 hours to explore, and there were too many long, unnecessary rest stops on the way back, causing further delays even after all passengers had returned. Overall, the service was not satisfactory. However, the quality of the vehicle was good, the lunch was enjoyable, and the beauty of the pyramids and the museum still made the day worthwhile.

Alles perfekt
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Gerne wieder! Unser Reiseleiter war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Er hat alles super geschichtlich erklärt, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Pyramiden sind sehr beeindruckend.

Great day in Cairo and Pyramids
Sarwat was a great tour guide, very informative. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. The trip was good and enjoyable so would definietelly recommend 👌

Egipt Trip
Sarwat Our tour guide was absolutely outstanding. Communication was clear and engaging from the very beginning, making it easy for everyone to follow along and feel comfortable. They created a warm, friendly atmosphere that brought the whole group together and made the experience truly enjoyable.
