Nefasto
198 euros por una excursión contratada con guia en español. Nos recogen a las 6.30 de la mañana. Llegamos a las 11.00 y el guía es en inglés. Nos discute que la visita sea en español. Me pongo en contacto con viator y me confirma que es en español. El guía se ríe de nosotras. Viator me pregunta cómo se llama el guía, el me dice que edie Murphy y que como mi hija habla un poquito de inglés que mejor que así practica. Por 44 euros habríamos hecho lo mismo. Un conductor que nos llevará al sitio e informarnos por Google que es lo que hicimos y, sin embargo pagamos 198 euros. La visita en sí, te llevan te haces la foto y a la lñfurgoneta excepto en las catacumbas y los jardines. No creo que merezca la pena las horas de coche y por supuesto la falta de profesionalidad del subcontratista deja mucho que desear. Se promocionan xon viator que tienen guías en español y según el guía que tuvimos no existe tal guía. Después he leído en comentarios aquí que les ha pasado a más personas.

Good way to go to Alexandria for the day
This tour was a good way to go to Alexandria for the day from Cairo. Like other reviews said, it was a bit surface level on all of the stops, but it was a good highlight of different spots around the city.

Great tour of Alexandria with Mohamed
Mohamed was a great guide, very knowledgeable about everything in Alexandria. This tour is the best way to see all of the sites in a short amount of time!

Not worth the money and time!
I wouldn't really recommend this tour, but I have to give props to our guide. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable with all his info about Alexandria. Honestly, he was the highlight of the tour, and I’d give him and the driver five stars. That said, the organization of the tour was pretty off. We didn’t get to visit all the spots listed, even some we were really looking forward to seeing. We did learn some history, but there wasn’t enough time to explore more everything. They need to improve their organization. Also, the food at the restaurant made my husband sick, and it wasn't very clean either. If you choose to book this tour, please ask your guides to adhere to the plan as listed and ensure you will be able to visit all sites. Be prepared for a long day of driving in an uncomfortable minivan.

Einzigartiger Besuch im GEM
Unser Guide Paula hat uns exzellent durch das neue GEM The Grand Egyptian Museum geführt. So ein beeindruckendes Museum, welche nur Originale dieser einzigartigen Hochkultur zeigt. Sehr schön präsentiert und am beeindruckendsten sind die Schätze von Tutanchamun, welche grösstenteils noch nie vorher ausgestellt worden sind. Paula und sein Fahrer Ahmed haben einen erstklassigen Job gemacht, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne für das Museum, Paula und Ahmed.

Amazing Tour guide experience in Alexandria
We had an incredible experience exploring Alexandria with our tour guide Mohamed! From the very beginning, he was warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the city’s rich history and culture. He guided us through the ancient sites, the beautiful coastline, and hidden local spots that we would never have discovered on our own. His storytelling made places like the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa, the Citadel of Qaitbay, and the Library of Alexandria come alive. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the day offering great local food recommendations and helping us navigate the busy areas with ease. We truly appreciated his passion for sharing the history of Alexandria and his attention to detail. It turned our visit into an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting this stunning city!

Amazing experience, I recommend it to everyone
You know what they say that the best experiences are the ones you don't plan? So this was exactly one of them. I saw the possibility of a day trip to the amazing places of Alexandria and bought it. It was one of the best experiences I could get. Great, clean car, great driver who knows way around and handles local traffic. The guide Mahmoud was absolutely great. Perfect English, knowledge better than a professor at the university. He was able to answer all my questions and he is also an incredibly amazing and helpful guy with a sense of humor. But what I appreciate the most was his patience and willingness to help. One of the best experiences, much better than I expected. The next time I'm here, I'll definitely be happy to repeat this experience.

Karin was an exceptional guide. Very personable, knowledgeable and efficient for a 10-12 hour tour. Wonderful tour of Alexandria capturing ancient and modern times.

Great, interesting and recommendable tour
We did the tour about Alexandria with the guide Norhan and our driver was Essam. We were really happy to have them with us. Norhan is very intelligent, helpful and kind person. She showed us in one day the most interesting places and sites of this turbulent and magnificent city and told us much interesting about history, culture and moden development of Alexandria. Essam is a great driver, very careful and exact. Norhan also took care about my older mum. The tour and the team are absolutely recommendable.
