Misleading, unprofessional and total scam
We booked a specific trip to the Colored Canyon, but were instead told to join an overcrowded minibus on a full-day group tour we never agreed to, including hours of waiting in the desert.
The driver was 45 minutes late, the guide was unfriendly, and once we realized what was happening, we chose not to join. Despite an initial apology from the agency, this was later withdrawn and we were denied a refund.
The advertising is misleading:
- Marketed as a jeep tour, but it’s a packed minibus
- Promises the Colored Canyon, but takes you to Salama Canyon
- Uses photos from the real Colored Canyon and even Antelope Canyon (Arizona)
Overall, this felt dishonest and unprofessional.

Major scam (not a jeep tour, and do not keep their promises)
When organising this trip we asked specifically to go to the coloured canyon ONLY, and had this confirmed both by the organiser and even on the order confirmation. However, when picked up 30 minutes late (in a mini bus, not a jeep like advertised), we were informed that we will join the other groups that are also going to blue hole, and have to just wait there for TWO HOURS. Incredibly disrespectful of our time and is not what we agreed on. Furthermore, to actually get to the coloured canyon, every blog post says it’s only accessible with a 4x4 car, whereas with this tour you will be picked up in a mini bus, meaning you are probably not going to the real coloured canyon, but a smaller and less impressive Salama Canyon.
When asked for a refund, they first apologised, then proceeded to turn around completely and pin the fault on us, refusing to give us a refund.

Very nice experience in Dahab & Colored Canyon
We had a very good experience with the Zoombi Group today.
We have enjoyed especially the Colored Canyon, the camel ride, Atv ride.
Our guide provided us many informations and had a good vibe, always smilling.

7 wonders od Synay.where other 6?
Jesli na wycieczki odradzam 7 cudów Synaju,najgorsza wycieczka na jakiej byłem,(nie płaćcie więcej niż 30$) choć i to jak na tą wycieczkę nie warto.wycieczka miała zawierać blue hole a nurkowanie całkiem obok w dodatku w mega wiecznym i zafalowanym miejscu gdzie fale zwalały z big dorosłych że o nastolatkach czy dzieciach nie wspomnę,warunki gdzie jedliśmy obiad masakryczne,syf Smuda a toalety jak na wiosce bez kanalizacji. Mieliśmy zwiedzić miasto Dacham,przejechaliśmy tylko przez nie,wysadzili nas na jakimś bazarze i wszystkich wciągnęli do jakiegoś sklepu gdzie nas zamknęli imprez 20 min chłop wciskał jakieś olejki( pewnie kunyn organizatora czy jakaś rodzina). Wielblady i quady -ledwo wyjdziesz z busa już wołają napiwki,posadisz tyłek na wielblada-napiwek,zejdziesz napiwek,quady- napiwek......masakra.jedynym plusem była przejażdżka na kolorowy kanion tymi jeepami, sam kanion mocno zasyfiony.biora za to kupę siana a nikt nie inwestuje w infrastrukturę dookoła...nie polecam

Cela fonctionne, mais vous avez besoin de voler pour suivre l'itinéraire
Seulement donné 3 étoiles car ils sont des options limitées pour ces visites, ils auront tous des problèmes. Tu dois choisir le meilleur du pire. CA NE VA PAS A Color Canyon / Salama Canyon, ils mentent à u et vont à White Canyon. Je les ai interpellés là-dedans et ils me nient la réalité en face, malgré des preuves accablantes, GPS etc.
La seule raison pour laquelle nous sommes vraiment arrivés à l'emplacement exact du trou bleu était que j'ai insisté avec des preuves de photo d'emplacement, sinon ils auraient juste été n'importe où avec de l'eau pour aller faire de la plongée. À part ça, c'était un puits - courir la visite pour la journée, mais juste croire rien, peu importe comment votre guide est gentil avec vous.
Malheureusement, beaucoup de ces visites sont comme ça donc vous n'avez pas d'autres options. Ils mentent tous.

È stata una delle esperienze più belle mai fatte. Lo snorkeling e il canyon colorato lasciano senza fiato. Abdul è veramente in gamba e fa delle foto magnifiche

Bello il tour...ma il pulmino pessimo
Partiamo dalle cose negative: più di 30 minuti di ritardo per il pick up, mezzo totalmente inadeguato, pulmino vecchio e con gomme completamente lisce, che sfiorava i 150 km/h, cinture di sicurezza che non si potevano allacciare. Abbiamo rischiato la vita. Positivo: il tour è stato molto bello, lo snorkeling a Abu Galum super (ci hanno però obbligato a prendere giubbotto di salvataggio per noi non necessari a pagamento). Mini motorata e giro in cammello ok. La sosta a Dahab city orrenda, solo per farci fare shopping in un mercato per niente caratteristico. Giro in Jeep e visita al Canyon super. La guida e fotografo simpatici, avevamo tour in lingua italiana ma ha quasi sempre parlato inglese. Nel complesso un buon tour ma con un pulmino davvero in pessime condizioni e non confortevole.
