Tutto al di sopra delle aspettative!!
Esperienza super positiva fin dalla prenotazione online che al ritorno in hotel.. Bambini felicissimi, il comandante della barca molto gentile e disponibile ha fatto sedere i bambini sui vetri per dei video e delle foto,cosa molto apprezzata e con piacere ho lasciato qualcosa di mancia..
Un valore aggiunto alla guida che ci ha accompagnato di nome Nabil, molto preparato e professionale, parlava correttamente italiano più altre 6 lingue, culturalmente molto preparato e piacevole nel viaggio,una persona a parer mio al di sopra delle classiche guide turistiche.. Quest'anno,(dopo la 4a volta a sharm) un po' scontenti e sconcertati per il villaggio e certi comportamenti di altri suoi connazionali, dopo questa esperienza abbiamo ritrovato un po' di armonia poiché tutti sono stati disponibili, educati e piacevoli cosa che purtroppo non stiamo riscontrando dove alloggiamo.. Chiusa parentesi, consiglio a tutti questa escursione con Nabil senza nulla togliere agli altri suoi colleghi.. A presto!!

In addition to the amazing boat tour itself, the company manager went above and beyond by sharing interesting historical insights about the city throughout the trip. This unexpected touch added a real depth to the experience and was incredibly valuable.
The boat tour was fantastic – we saw beautiful coral reefs and a wide variety of fish. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the tour company to anyone visiting the area, and we'll definitely be using them again on future trips!

Enjoyable boat trip!

Compelling tour guide/ driver and amazing sea life
Our guide was incredibly informative about all aspects of Sharm as a place and its interesting history. He was also very polite, and super reliable being bang on time to pick up and drop off. The glass bottom boat did not disappoint. It’s a great way to see the amazing coral and sea teeming with beautiful fish. Highly recommend as. Short excursion.

Highlight of our family trip to Sharm El Sheikh
Our experience started when our guide, Mohammed, picked us up from our hotel. He was very friendly and gave us a fascinating tour of the area as he drove us to the beach (we communicated in Italian, but he was also excellent in English). While waiting for the boat tour, we got to relax in the shade and enjoy amazing guava/mango/strawberry smoothies sold by the beach bar. The, the boat tour itself was magical. The water is remarkably clear, and we saw a huge variety of fish including a big manta ray. The driver gave us bread crumbs to feed the fish, and our kids had the best time. Mohammed was waiting for us on shore to take us back to our hotel. It was a really delightful morning out, and we're so glad we got to have this experience.

Superbe voyage
Expérience incroyable. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui visitent Sharm. Chauffeur très sympathique, voiture super propre. Le capitaine du navire extrêmement instructif et intéressant. Superbe endroit pour prendre une photo étonnante et voir la vie sous l'eau. Organisateur également poli et très reconnaissant.
Voyage très complet. Rafraîchissements possibles à bord. 55 ! ! ! !

Je n'hésiterais pas à réserver à nouveau avec Sharm Smile Tour !
Je ne laisse généralement pas de commentaires, cependant, j'ai pensé que c'était indispensable pour Sharm Smile Tour !
Nous avons visité Sharm avec nos 3. Ma fille de 5 ans et moi recherchions des activités adaptées aux enfants et pas trop longues.
J'ai fait une recherche approfondie en ligne pour trouver une entreprise organisant des baignades avec les dauphins, me décidant contre celles proposées au complexe (car l'activité est déjà assez chère + les prix au complexe sont généralement ajoutés), je suis tombé sur Sharm Smile Tour. Ils avaient des critiques récentes disponibles sur leur site Web, ainsi qu'une explication détaillée de tous les services offerts. Mais ce qui les distingue pour moi, c'est l'efficacité et la facilité de communication ! Il existe un chat en ligne sur lequel vous pouvez poser votre question et obtenir une réponse rapide ! J'ai ensuite été contacté sur WhatsApp, ce qui a rendu la communication encore plus facile. Mohamed Nabil était très poli, informatif et arrangeant, donnant des suggestions sur le moment le plus approprié pour l'activité, tout en donnant le temps de réfléchir et de reconfirmer le lendemain. Il n’était pas du tout insistant (ce que j’apprécie beaucoup)
Sharm Smile Tour était également l'une des rares sociétés directes à accepter le paiement par carte plutôt qu'en espèces, ce qui était important pour moi. Nous avons réservé une baignade avec les dauphins et un bateau à fond de verre.
Les temps de transport vers les deux activités ont été reconfirmés la veille. Le chauffeur était ponctuel, bien présenté et serviable ; la voiture était propre. Mohamed nous a rencontrés et est resté avec nous pendant notre activité de nage avec les dauphins, aidant à la traduction en cas de besoin ou donnant des conseils et des indications car il connaissait les gens qui travaillaient là-bas, ce qui était très utile.
Il s'est également enregistré pour voir comment s'était déroulée notre excursion en bateau et si nous étions satisfaits.
J'ai senti qu'il faisait tout son possible pour que nous nous sentions à l'aise et que nous passions un bon moment. Vous pouvez dire qu'il se soucie vraiment de son entreprise et qu'il apprécie énormément ses clients.
Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et avons été très satisfaits non seulement du service reçu, mais aussi de sa gentillesse, de son attention et de sa nature bonne et amicale.
Je n'hésiterais pas à réserver à nouveau avec Sharm Smile Tour et à le recommander à tout le monde !
