Amazing

Our tour to the Pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum was one of the best experiences of our trip to Egypt. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and we learned so much throughout the day. A very special thank you to our tour guide, Menna. She was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. She explained the history of ancient Egypt in a way that was easy to understand and made every stop more interesting. She answered all of our questions with patience and shared fascinating details that brought the monuments and artifacts to life. The camel ride near the pyramids was an unforgettable experience, with amazing views and plenty of opportunities to take beautiful photos. Visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum was equally impressive, and Menna made the museum tour even more enjoyable by explaining the stories behind the incredible treasures and statues. We truly appreciated Menna’s professionalism, positive attitude, and the care she showed to everyone in the group. She made us feel welcome and ensured that we had a comfortable and memorable day. If you’re planning a tour of the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, we highly recommend this experience, especially if you have Menna as your guide. She made our visit truly exceptional, and we would happily do this tour again.

Honest feedback on the tour

My original post was asked to be taken down directly from this tour, which I obliged as the tour company personnel called my husband and texted long messages on WhatsApp on the day after our tour ended once my review was published. From your line of service, you are supposed to take the review as feedback of your service and how to improve on it in future. Not something you can pick and choose to showcase only the best reviews but silence the honest reviews given. My initial post I gave them 3/5 for the overall experience and the tour company constantly called and messaged my husband asking him to convinced me to delete my initial review. I did it out of pity but today my husband wrote his review from his point of view as a consumer and there is no remorse whatsoever from the tour company. Same tactic from them. After much contemplation, I think more people should be informed about this company before booking your tour with them. This was my original post after the tour with this service on 22 June 2026: The overall experience was subpar, the guide rushed through the whole experience. The beginning of the tour was good but the service and experience decline gradually. It was great that the agency let use change the pickup location, car ride was comfortable but we didn’t not get the round trip experience. Will explain about the reason later. Our tour includes both the Giza pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) We reached the pyramid around 9AM and ended the pyramid tour by 11:30am, tour guide insisted on going to the “suggested” restaurant even though we wanted to head over to GEM directly. Before we head over to the restaurant for lunch we had a detour to their local perfume and papyrus making or souvenir shops with our consent. We did not ask for this extra detours and the shop owners attitude change the moment we decline to buy anything. Now for the GEM experience, it was a speed-run 2 hours crash course for 12 galleries or so. The guide rushed thru the entire experience and we were only given 30 mins to cruse on our own after she was done with her “guide”. At that point it was around 2:20PM. The agency picked us up at 8AM, yes we understand that the tour is for 8 hours only. It would mean that we can leave before 4pm. We would much appreciate if we were told before the trip of the clear itinerary instead of adding in detours that we did not ask for and dragging our total tour hours. It is unfair to what we hair paid for and to cut our experience and GEM short and we had to forfeit our ride back to the hotel. Is that a good experience overall - 6/10

Not as advertised

In the website it says it includes admission but we were shocked to find out that we need to purchase our own tickets. Since we already paid for the tour guide so we continued with the tour. The car picked us up at our hotel which was a pleasant experience as we do not have to go to the pickup point. The tour guide herself is knowledgeable when it comes to the tour, but when we decided to have lunch at their recommended restaurant she clearly communicated that me and my wife will get a set each. We invited her to dine with us expecting her to have her own lunch, but she sort of ate my food that I paid for without ordering her own. Then when we get to the GEM, we were brought directly to Tuthankhamun’s Gallery and she only toured that gallery without going through with the others. Honestly, I feel that a tour guide was not worth it, but the car and trip was. We decided to spend more time in GEM and cancelled our trip back with them. Not a pleasant experience with the tour guide. Would not recommend. Avoid this tour altogether, better off getting scammed elsewhere. Fyi, pyramid of Giza is 1500 EGP, lunch was 1500 EGP and GEM is 2980 EGP. These are the costs of what we spent for 2 person that day.
