Great day with Heba :)

My friend and I had free weekend in Alexandria and we wanted to see some of the beautiful places. We found this Tour and I have to say it was an incredible day. Complete organization was perfect: Pick up from the hotel, clean car, tickets, recommendation for lunch, drop off, etc. All of this was possible thanks to our guide Heba and driver Mark. Heba is full of knowledge and willing to share it with us. We visited 5 great locations, we had enough time for question, for Photos. Thank you so much for a wonderfull day in Alexandria.

All around wonderful experience traveling to Alexandria. Best sightseeing guide ever - Ahmed Zaki.

The trip to Alexandria was an amazing experience to me and my friend. We were traveling from Cairo and back in a comfortable car. We have visited Catacombs, Pompey’s Pillar, Kim el-Dekka and Qaitbay Citadel. The places are very interesting and historic, but the actual pleasure of sightseeing was only because of our guide (about him a bit later). Also, we had an opportunity to take beautiful pictures at the embankment and Alexandria library. And finally we’ve had an excellent lunch with a sea view. Our sightseeing guide - Ahmed Zaki is the true professional! First of all, he knows English fluently, it’s easy to understand him and he answers all questions without a problem. Secondly, Ahmed is highly experienced, he knows history, he is a great storyteller and also photographer! Finally, he is truly oriented for an outstanding customer experience by the way he behaves. I mean, he always cared if everything is alright. Therefore, we’ve had a great overall experience and are satisfied with our trip. Also, it should be mentioned that we had a great travel assistant - Rania Afifi. She was helpful clarifying our questions before the trip. All in all caring, polite and quick to respond online assistant. Thank you guys for a great trip! It surely worth the money.

Best tour guides

We all absolutely loved this tour! Our guide Mostafa Ortega was knowledgeable, fun and ensured we had enough time at each location so we didn't feel rushed but also had time to see everything. If we ever come back to Egypt we wouldn't do tours without Mostafa (and captain Said).

Extremely disappointing. To be avoided.

Today's tour was honestly a disappointment. There were several issues: * The guide didn’t join us for almost all of the sites: spending most of the time waiting for us at the entrance. Further, at the very first site, the guide managed to remind us to tip her and the driver after the trip, which seemed distasteful. * They rushed us through all visits leaving about 10 minutes before we needed to get back into the van (meaning that at least 6 hours of the 9 hour trip was spent in the car). * For the Roman Amphitheatre the guide did not provide ANY context. * For Pompey's pillar we were not provided any context either, not even mentioning its history as Serapeum (only when asking the guide directly about it). * Fort Qaitbay was a part of the plan but our guide insisted it was too busy on the day and that we should skip it. We insisted and after brief argument ended up going ourselves. It was easy to get in and not busy at all, providing the best view of Alexandria. After just 20 minutes, our guide called to rush us out. * We left Alexandria having not seen the legendary site of the Library (while it was closed, our guide did not even want to show it to us from the outside) nor the city centre. Our guide did not give us any information about the old library - arguably the single-most important thing in Alexandria. Overall, do not book this trip.

Amazing 🤩

Ooh what an experience! I must commend you guys for your professionalism, always checking up on us and making sure we are ok. You even checked up on us before we landed in Egypt. I would definitely recommend you.
