Nile Cruise
We had a very positive experience on the Queen of Sheba. The food was excellent, the staff was wonderful, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The only area that could use a little more attention is cleanliness and maintenance. While the cabin and the ship itself were generally clean, we noticed some stains on the bedsheets, curtains and restaurant chairs. Also, the water from the shower and bathroom tap had an unpleasant smell.
These details did not spoil our experience at all, but we hope they will receive a little more attention in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, especially the excellent food and friendly staff. Also we have fantastic experience with our guide King Mina! He is an excellent Egyptologist, very knowledgeable, and explains everything in a clear and engaging way. He was also extremely helpful beyond the planned program, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor
We had a fantastic 3-night Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Everything was perfectly organised, the food was excellent, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The service on board was outstanding, with the staff always friendly and attentive.
Our tour guide, Khalid, was knowledgeable, helpful and made all the sightseeing enjoyable and interesting.
A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

Great value if you don’t want to worry about it!
The cruise is an amazing experience to enjoy the Nile and the Egyptian monuments without having to worry. Of course the only problem is that all the cruisers are synchronised, so trips are very crowded.
Our tour guide, King Mina, has always been very smiley, patient and helpful! Super organised! It was great to meet him!

Great start to finish
Great 4 days cruise from start to finish. Sailing the Nile between Aswan and Luxor was relaxing, with comfortable cabins, good food and beautiful views from the deck. Abu Simbel was breathtaking. Special thanks to our guide, King Mina: knowledgeable, friendly, amazing problem solver, and full of great stories that brought the history to life. Logistics were smooth throughout and the trip was great value. Highly recommended!

BOOK IT WITH KING MINA!
I thought it would only be the Cruise but ended up having the best Tour Guide ever. King Mina is very knowledgeable and kind and polite with everybody! He has the best spots and ordered us the safest transport and everything just because he knows it’s better for us. My mom is older and she truly appreciated all his small gestures. I highly recommend having King Mina as a Tour Guide!!!

Une perte d'argent et une expérience misérable : Nous avons quitté cette croisière sur le Nil plus tôt que prévu
Nous avons débarqué plus tôt en raison de la qualité extrêmement décevante de notre expérience.
Ce n'est pas ce que nous considérerions comme une croisière de 4 jours sur le Nil. En réalité, l'expérience consistait en deux jours basés à Assouan, avec de multiples excursions en bus et très peu de temps passé réellement à naviguer sur le Nil. Le bateau ne commence pas vraiment son voyage avant la fin du deuxième jour, arrivant à Louxor le troisième jour, après quoi il y a d'autres excursions en bus.
Les excursions étaient mal organisées et coordonnées. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à attendre debout, souvent sans aucune explication sur ce que nous attendions ou sur ce qui allait se passer ensuite. On nous a dit au début de la croisière que nous serions réveillés avant 3 : 30 h du matin pour certaines excursions, pour ensuite passer beaucoup de temps à attendre.
Les dispositions relatives aux pourboires étaient également décevantes. Nous avons été informés qu'un montant fixe, déterminé par le guide touristique, devait être payé avant le départ et avant de recevoir les services, avec des pourboires supplémentaires attendus à la fin de la croisière.
La nourriture était une autre déception majeure. Tant les repas sous forme de buffet à bord que le petit-déjeuner en boîte fourni étaient de mauvaise qualité.
Au moment du départ, nous avons également dû contester des frais pour un service de repassage surfacturé et des boissons que nous n'avions pas commandées. Il y a également eu un incident où des bagages non sécurisés sont tombés et ont blessé un passager. Ce qui était particulièrement préoccupant, c'était le manque apparent de préoccupation de la part du personnel suite à l'incident.
Le seul aspect positif a été le guide touristique emmenant le groupe dans un magasin local pour acheter de la nourriture et des boissons. Cela nous a permis d'éviter les prix extrêmement élevés pratiqués sur le bateau et signifiait que nous avions des provisions à disposition en cas de besoin.
Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une expérience extrêmement décevante, et nous avons choisi de débarquer plus tôt plutôt que de continuer. Comme souligné dans d'autres avis, l'équipe du service client était non professionnelle et peu serviable. Malgré cette expérience extrêmement décevante et médiocre, je n'ai pas demandé de remboursement.

Excellent value for money Nile Cruise
King Mina is the best tour guide in the world.
Booking this cruise is cheaper than booking the tours separately and having a hotel. Plus you'd need time and money to get from Aswan to Luxor had you not booked the cruise.
Downside to cruise is tour boats arrive at same time so it's crowded. Our tour guide already had tickets ready so we didn't waste time lining up for them.
Tour guide is an egyptologist and is currently doing his PHD, so is very knowledgeable.

Excellent tour, very worth it!
I booked relatively last minute when I decided I wanted to see Aswan and Luxor. The tour surpassed all my expectations! King Mina was the best guide and handled everything perfectly, including the tricky elements like the variable time it takes the shop to get through the docks. He was knowledgeable and friendly and gave us all great advice throughout the trip. I got lucky in that he helped me join the hot air balloon trip late, which was one of the many highlights of my trip! It was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it, especially if you can get King Mina as your guide!
