Magie sur le Nil !!
C'était une expérience vraiment magique! Je recommande fortement cette visite. Mahmoud a rendu notre voyage très spécial. Il est très proactif dans sa communication, il a fait de petits ajustements pour rendre la visite plus conforme à ce que nous aimions, très bien - connecté avec un grand réseau dans la région, et a une attitude positive, vous ne l'entendez pas dire non. J'ai aimé le fait que tous les frais d'admission étaient inclus dans le prix, nous n'avions pas à nous occuper de chaque entrée. J'ai oublié de dire, c'est un GRAND photographe !

Best tour guide ever
Such an amazing time, can’t recommend it enough! We were thrilled to find that our group of 4 people had a private tour guide the whole time. Hady was incredible, taught us so much about so many interesting things but also gave us the time and space to explore solo. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything, but he showed us everything and gave us options. The boat was super fun - loved the pool on top (but would maybe avoid the local vodka in the future - my tummy ain’t that tough). Dressing up for theme nights was so fun, and we made memories we’ll have for a lifetime. So happy to have chosen this tour, but mostly happy to have had the tour guide we did - we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to guide us. Thanks Hady! Great tour!
Our tour guide Hady was exceptional and made our trip so much more enjoyable. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable and always happy to assist whenever he could. One of the nicest, kindest and most accommodating people you will meet. We did the 4-day, 3-night cruise with Abu Simbel (yes, it's worth the 4hr drive each way) & Hot Air Balloon ride added on (this didn't end up going ahead due to circumstances out of their control). We visited all of the key sites that you'd want to see, and Hady always allowed us time to explore on our own. It made for a more relaxed journey and we also appreciated that he didn't push us to make purchases when visiting souvenir shops etc. I do recommend visiting the Karnak and Luxor temples at night on the 3rd day after docking if you have the option, as it reduces the number of sites you need to visit on the 4th day. The last day would otherwise have been quite long and exhausting, particularly on top of the 3am start for hot air ballooning.
We were uncertain of which boat we would be on when we made the booking (which appears to be the norm) and only discovered this the night before when we were picked up from the airport. Egypt Knight organised our transfer which made things easier. We ended up travelling on the MS Blue Shadow and the staff, cabins and food were generally decent. We discovered after the first day that most cruise ships offer an all-inclusive beverage package for a fixed fee which should have been made known to us but was not offered as an option when booking (it includes basic wine, beer, juices, softdrinks and water). Staff at reception told us we could purchase the drinks package on a daily basis. But when we requested to pay for the remaining 2 days on the boat the manager was exceptionally rude, confrontational and insistent that we pay for 3 days, even though we'd already spent more than the package minimum on our first day. The manager of this boat needs retraining as he lacks basic customer service skills and this marred our experience.

Esperienza Bellissima! Siamo stati sulla nave Emilio sulla quale tutto il personale è gentilissimo. Il cibo a buffet è vario e sempre ottimo.
Ahmed Eid è stato la nostra guida privata: sempre gentile, simpatico e molto preparato inoltre si è mostrato sempre pronto ad assecondare le nostre richieste rendendo questa esperienza perfetta! Lo raccomandiamo soprattutto perché è stato come un amico. Grazie Ahmed!

Super expérience !
Nous avons réalisé une croisière de 3 nuits (Assouan-Louxor) avec cette agence. Tout s’est merveilleusement bien passé, aucun retard, un guide (Ahmed) efficace et pleins de connaissances, un organisateur (Mahmoud) toujours la pour vérifier si tout s’est bien passé (et qui nous a vraiment trouvé des solutions lorsque nous étions face à un problème). Le bateau était très beau et propre, les excursions étaient incroyables et fascinantes. En conclusion, je recommande à 100% de passer par cette agence à l’écoute et surtout pas du tout poussive sur rien du tout lorsque nous ne souhaitions pas acheter ou faire quelque chose.

Plein les yeux et fatigués.
Le guide francophone, Rajab, a été excellent et attentionné. La croisière parfaite et les visites magnifiques. Le programme est très chargé et les réveils très tôt. Seul bémol, les supplements et poirboires augmentent significativement le prix de départ.

Una experiencia maravillosa!!!
Muy satisfecho con el servicio, se contactaron conmigo desde un inicio absolviendo todas mis dudas, nuestro guía Mostafa nos trato muy bien, asistiéndonos durante la travesía en el crucero y explicándonos al detalle la maravillosa cultura Egipcia en todo el recorrido y dándonos tiempo para recorrer los templos por nuestra cuenta, sin embargo hay aspectos que mejorar principalmente en el crucero, el cual si bien cumplía con lo ofrecido, presentó inconvenientes con el funcionamiento de la ducha, nos ubicaron inicialmente en una mesa compartida con un grupo de 6, siendo nosotros sólo 2 personas y habiendo mesas disponibles (nos cambiaron después de insistir) y una descoordinación en el tour de Abusimbel (en grupo), en el cual nos quisieron hacer pagar la entrada, la cual estaba incluida en el paquete, el cual se corrigió al insistir que se comunicarán con la empresa operadora y por último un incidente en el crucero al adquirir un plan de internet, en el que no se quisieron hacerse responsables del mal funcionamiento que a nuestra insistencia con el apoyo del guía se solucionó. Fuera de estos detalles, prácticamente todos asociados al servicio del crucero, la experiencia fue maravillosa y el paquete ofrecido fue cumplido en su totalidad.
