The places I visited on the tour themselves were good. However, after joining another tour in Cairo on a different day and having a basis for comparison, I can't deny that I felt significant dissatisfaction. • The tour guide’s English proficiency was poor. He couldn't understand even simple questions. In addition, his accent was very strong, so I had to keep guessing what he was saying throughout the tour. • The driver gave me incorrect information. I ordered a drink at lunch assuming it was included, but I ended up paid for it • I thought the tour would last around eight hours, but it was rushed and shortened to about six hours. If I'd known, I'd have preferred to spend more time sightseeing at a slower pace • Water was supposed to be included, but I wasn't provided with any drinks Overall, the English ability of other tour guides was also low, and I often saw guides struggling to answer travelers’ questions properly. Additionally, I was taken to various shops during the tour and pressured to buy things, so travelers should be cautious. What's more, the travel agency named Emo Tours Egypt is not a good company and a poor customer support so please be careful not to be selected this company.

Great experience with this company. They accommodated our request and change the pickup location. We covered both east bank and West Bank in short time with the help of driver. He managed to get us through all key points with minimum waiste of time. I would recommend to hire these guys if you effectively want to cover all key places in short time

Thanks to the driver mahmod, we had a very comfortable trip to Luxor! Mr. mahmod is very kind and gentle. We only asked for a driver this time because we are not fluent in English so we thought we might not need an English guide, but mahmod gave us a brief explanation as we went around the country, bought us mineral water when we were thirsty, picked us up as soon as we contacted him on whatsapp, and the driving was calm and very comfortable. It was a really good day for us, as they treated us with smiles all the time, without a single nasty face, even though we had been together for a long time! Thank you very much.

We had an amazing East and West side of Luxor tour with our guide Mahmood and our driver Hassan. Mahmood explained everything in details and very well, he has many knowledge about the history and culture. Also, Hassan was very kind and helpful. We really advise you to join this tour, especially if you have limited time in Luxor.

There was one, but even if my flight was delayed by about 30 minutes, the driver was waiting for me there. Operators and drivers have made sure to forro the Watts app to confirm and contact us in advance. If you register for the Watts app, it's convenient and comfortable! During the tour, even though it was late December, it was too hot outside and it rose to 23 degrees Celsius during the day. There were suggestions for breaks and lunches along the way, but I thought it was too hot and the food wouldn't pass, so I wanted to go around quickly, so I had them proceed without drinking or eating. I appreciate the driver for going out with me from 8am to 3pm without lunch. Also, this time, without even studying English It was quite a reckless trip with almost all the words I knew and a translation app, but thanks to the personality and communication skills of the driver, I was able to go around at my own pace and time allocation without any difficulties. We were anxious in a foreign country away from Japan, but the operators and drivers who followed us were so good that we couldn’t believe the low marks that other posters were giving us. It's been a long time, but it was really good, so if you don't know much Japanese, the name of the driver is Mu (local name?) If you can be nominated, I recommend you to pay an additional fee. Of course, we recommend tipping because if you pay for your carrying case when you pick it up, and you pay for it after the tour, you could get good service.

It was a private tour with my family of five. The guides were very knowledgeable and explained the history of ancient Egypt in detail. The kids were really enjoying it and it was a great tour. On the way, the restaurant that my guide introduced me to was also very good.
