We give you an up close view of planets, galaxies, star clusters and nebula through one of our large powerful telescopes. You will have then the opportunity to see some planets in our galaxy, you will learn a several of exciting information about space and star science, in addition to ancient and modern space science. After the explanation turn to the estate of the telescopes to observe the planets and the stars. After you had a glimpse of the stars, drive back to the hotel by a jeep.

This was an excellent trip! The jeep ride through the desert to the Bedouin village was extremely bumpy and fun for kids (aged 11-14). The camel ride is optional, as is and hike up a hill to watch the sunset over the desert (really magical, but may be a struggle for anyone with mobility issues). The stars and planets were fantastic to see in the night sky. Would really recommend.

An amazing experience…not to be missed. We sat in the front of the Jeep and it was really fun driving across the desert. The Bedouins cooked us a delicious meal and were so hospitable. Star gazing and viewing Jupiter and Venus was incredible through a massive telescope. The tour leader was extremely knowledgeable. Seeing the sun set over the desert was pretty special too.This was the best excursion on our honeymoon. Thank you!

A great trip overall all of the staff were welcoming and no one was ever trying to sell you anything. The food was nice and they had an expert astrologist called mussa explaining the starts

Musa - guide (The astronomer not astrologist 😉) was brilliant! Very interesting and intellectual. Tariq the driver also thank you! Very very good. Only thing is the desert was very very cold and I didn’t dress well for the weather so bring jacket, scarf etc. in the day it’s fine but during the night stargazing bit you’re gonna need it! Also there’s a bit of a mountain you need to climb stairs, so just be mindful of that. I have a health condition and it was bare-able for me to do. Overall book it you will have fun and meet different people! You get to ride camels, stargaze in desert, see sunset on mountain tops. Learn about village culture, eat cultural food (very very nice - better than my 4* hotel food) and go into desert dunes via jeep. Was very fun! About 4hrs total. Thanks guys again! Shukran! Eni

Moussa was a friendly and knowledgeable guide and excellent astronomer. As to the rest - the vehicle was not a jeep, it was a van with two facing boards for seats and no seatbelts, and the speed at which the driver intentionally took rough hills (for fun??) was blatantly irresponsible and dangerous. I have dined in Bedouin camps (and stayed over in two) so I was excited to do so again, but THIS camp was filled with garbage and too dirty to sit in no less eat in. I understand that the family who live there (who were very nice) can’t afford to keep the camp in better condition, but with the not-inconsiderable influx of cash these people bring to Viatour, Viatour could at least lend enough assistance to the family to clean the place up a bit. Very disappointing experience.

Jeep over desert was bumpy but fun! Fantastic views over mountains and a lovely sunset - after a little climb so not suitable for people with mobility issues. The Bedouin meal was ok. Amazing to see so many stars and look at planets through the telescope. And the info from Moussa, our guide, was very interesting. A great trip to do.

The night sky with zero light pollution is a wonder to see. Great guide who told us all about the different stars as well as showing us planets through a telescope. The driver was fun and took us on a roller-coaster ride through the desert which was good fun although a little unsafe due to land of seat belts in the back. Not for people with back or neck problems. Food was really nice and could help yourself. And the sunset over the desert is breathtaking.
