The Islamic Cairo and Coptic Cairo are the best, however I’m expecting a Synagogue Ben Ezra and khan Al Khalili but we never been there. The driver Hassan was very good and kind, although he speaks no English but he’s the best driver. I recommend him. Can I join with any group to see the Synagogue and Khan Al Khalili for free as it was missed on my tour.

Tolba the tour guy was nice but not very prepared. I don't want to blame him but maybe Viator needs to plan better. First there was no communication at all. The car broke and Tolba could not provide any guidance on any of the tours. He practically left me alone at every point and stayed in his car due to the car battery problems. No history was given about any of the places we visited. I practically asked him to dropped me at the market and I decided to take an Uber back to my hotel. My experience was awful.

Our guide was Mahmoud El Wakeel. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our requests. He was a great tour guide and I highly recommend him. We purposely only booked a guide and driver as we wanted the flexibility to pick and choose what we wanted to see. It was so hot and I was tired so we didn’t do the entire tour that is available for tourists and honestly I was fine with that. If you go in summer months though, be prepared for the heat. My only tiny issue was the AC in the car didn’t really work and it never felt cool in the car which is not ideal when you’re walking outside a lot in 100 degree weather lol. That said, if you are interested in history, culture, and architecture, I do recommend this tour!

We loved this tour! I traveled with my mother and we had the absolute best tour guide Ayman! He was extremely knowledgeable about every site we visited and I would highly recommend to anyone you book with him. He is very kind and very professional. We always felt safe and secure. We learned so much and saw all the beautiful sites listed on this tour. We were picked up in a nice vehicle and were dropped back at our hotel after. Such a great day learning about the history and culture in Egypt especially with an excellent guide such as Ayman.
