Friendly guide and excellent driver.
The guide was kind to us, moreover, he gave us water and some sweets to spend the day. Knowledge of Egyptian history is observed.

9 o'clock in the morning appointment, driver didn't show up, waited and waited. at 9:45 they said the driver would come 10:30, that I had to cancel the trip. They ruined all my morning schedule

I took an unguided tour and I highly recommend it. My drivrr Abdullah arrived early, waited for me in a clean comfortable mitsubisi lancer. He was friendly and helpful. I prepped by watching Egyptologist Solkin's YouTube videos, which made the self-guided experience better than with a guide. I had my time to explore the pyramids, climb inside as much as I wanted—they're incredibly impressive, even more interesting than Giza's. The Ramesses statue in Memphis is stunning too. Overall it took 6 hours. I needed to buy parking ticket couple of tines, but all is totally worth the money. They recieve only cards for tickets.

We spent a magnificent morning with our guide 'Hereda'. He spoke Spanish super well and told us that he had studied Hispanic philology and literature at El cairo University. Besides, he knew a lot about the history of Egypt and took very good pictures. A very patient man who left us our time on every visit and didn't rush us. We were very comfortable with it and enjoyed our morning

I was suddenly charged $25 on the day just for changing the arrival hotel location in advance. The driver could not read even Arabic, let alone English, and had difficulty communicating with the translator. I have then tried to force them to pay extra for the mysterious reason. We should change our constitution as a company. Since you've paid in advance, there's no way you can pay more.

Amazing tour with Jessy our guide and Slem our driver! I had an incredible time full of emotions and great stories, visiting step pyramid, red and bent pyramids; Memphis ancient capital, and ending with coffee and a surprise birthday cake! Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Egypt! Thank you very much for the great time!

The guide is nice, but not very motivated, which means you actually don‘t get a lot of information about the visited sites. At one site he didn’t even tell us about everything there was to see (southern tomb at the step pyramid). He also didn’t join us at walks around the sites - he just gave us „free time“ and waited for us to return. Also: DON‘T agree to visit a so called „papyrus museum“ or a so called „bazaar“!!! Both are just sales events with heavily overpriced items. Furthermore especially the „bazaar“ was a very uncomfortable experience, where they put a lot of pressure on you to buy perfumes or other stuff. Please just don’t go there! All in all: we would not recommend to do this tour! If you still want to do it: inform yourself beforehand and don’t agree to the unofficial part of the tour (museum and bazaar)
