- Tour ends in Luxor on last day in Luxor by 3 to 4 PM

- Hot air balloon optional tour can be cancelled sometimes by the ministry of aviation due to the bad weather ( in such case it will be refunded for this tour )
- We will text you via WhatsApp and add you to the group tour to be easier during the pick up
- The name of the boat is decided few days before the trip when it gets the sailing permission from our government as all cruise tours in Egypt
- Children under the age of 6 years are not allowed for the balloon trip.
- We drop off all our customers to Luxor east bank hotels and available to drive them to Luxor west bank hotels with extra 10 us dollars per person at the end of the Cruise Trip
- We pick up all our guests from Aswan east bank hotels and available to pick up from west bank hotels or Aswan airport with extra 12 us dollars per person
- Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
- All bookings for 3 persons, will be accommodated in 1 Cabin (Room)
- For bookings of 2 adults and 2 children aged between 2 and 11.99 years, one triple room (with three beds) will be provided. , otherwise you can book for 3 adult and one child in case you want 2 rooms

Unforgettable memories
Our guide, Khaled El Saady, was incredibly kind and had a warm, fatherly presence. The other staff members were equally wonderful. When I mentioned I wasn’t feeling well, they immediately provided me with medicine and arranged for a doctor to come aboard. Though there was a financial issue between the hospital and myself, the guide and cruise staff stepped in to mediate and helped resolve the situation. They always made sure I was looked after, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team of staff.

We had the Nile cruise on Nile Dolphin our tour guide Khaled Saad is really great, super knowledgeable and super helpful
We had Nile cruise and it has been a great experience, especially our tour guide Khaled Saady is super knowledgeable and nice. He talked about the history with deep knowledge which makes the tour much more interesting. It was my wife birthday and Khaled arranged a very nice celebration for us, which makes the trip more specially for us. I would highly recommend Khalid as tour guide and will recommend Khaled to our friends who also plan to come visit Egypt.

Wonderful cruise on the Nile
We really enjoyed our trip on the Nile with our guide Talaat. The boat was good, surprised by the good food (although box breakfast on Day 2 was really basic and mostly bread) Our room was actually bigger than expected with a good sized bathroom. Super comfortable bed. All of the staff was very helpful and eager to make our experience pleasant. We were on the King Tut I - seems line all boats are similar though some may be in better condition than others. As many mentioned, group tipping is the preferred solution so that all the staff gets tipped from the pool of money so be prepared to pay $20 USD each for the boat staff (which is totally reasonable). The tours happened either early morning or in the evening and were amazing. All of the logistics were handled smoothly and we were always in good hands with Talaat. There is a bit of downtime on day 3 traveling to Luxor so you can rest up but be prepared to be on the go. We loved this trip of a lifetime and highly recommend. Thank you Talaat for making our anniversary trip memorable.

El barco superó nuestras expectativas, ya que dispone de todas las comodidades. Pero lo que más nos gustó fue nuestro guía Talaat. Desde el principio nos ha guiado perfectamente por las actividades y nos ha dado las explicaciones de manera muy clara y entretenida. Sabe de todo y hace bromas con el grupo! Da tiempo a verlo todo bien y también te permite tiempo libre al finalizar las explicaciones para tomar tranquilamente nuestras fotos. Por último, cualquier duda que teníamos, le podíamos preguntar y nos la resolvía.

Trip of a lifetime!!!
