Not what we expected
We do NOT recommend this program to anyone. Unfortunately, our experience was very different from what we expected. The biggest problem was the lack of organization and communication. We often had no idea what was happening—for example, why we were standing in one spot for three hours—and no one explained what would happen next. About 70% of the program is simply waiting on the boat, which unfortunately smells quite bad and is not very comfortable anyway. At the end, it was also very frustrating that they pushed us to leave a great review, and even wanted us to write the review in front of them. That is simply not acceptable. Of course, they also charge extra money for everything—photography, additional dive time, even a small snack. As an extra unpleasant detail, at the end of the trip the captain crashed quite hard into two other boats while parking. I feel sorry for some of the nice guys working there, but overall the program is not organized at all, the staff is not very helpful, and the places we visited were not nicer than what you can already see at your hotel.

The experience was not...
The experience was not good at all! Went on boat Cinderella, There were two younger staff that were honestly so rude! Myself and my partner had paid for the mask prior to boarding the boat and they did not believe us! The younger guy did not believe this, we spent half our time finding the receipt before we were giving the mask! There were way to many boats there the experience was not relaxing lots of shouting and aggression between them all which made me uncomfortable! This trip feels money orientated and thats all they care about! I was coming up out the water with my life jacket off and mask in hand and not one of the staff helped take anything off me so i could get up, which resulted in my slipping off the steps and hurting myself! Even after them witnessing this they did not help!! Literally was shocked but this!! We were then provided with a tip box! Only Tip i am giving you if learn some customer service!!! My partner was force to give a 5 star review which is fraud really because they clearly know people are not having a good time and then give you data and hover over you making sure you give a good review! 100 percent the worst day trip i have been on and i travel a lot and go on many tours but never left feeling so unsatisfied and actually annoyed with how we were treated! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Go to el Farnar beach you can dive/snorkel off shore stunning reefs! Nice relaxing atmosphere! Great customer service! Fraction of the price!!

Lovely day at sea
Unfortunately the day we went was very windy and made the trip very cold, so cold it was a struggle to get into the water. We were told Feb is a rough time of year to take to the sea there so I’d recommend checking out the weather reports before booking. The team were really nice, food was great and the boat wasn’t too cramped with people. The snorkelling isn’t any better than by the hotels and there are a lot of other boats and people snorkelling so it’s quite hard to relax and enjoy when you’re trying to avoid each others flippers ! We didn’t dive but was offered it which was nice of them and it looked very good for beginners to have a go. Tip would be take plenty of warm clothes if it’s windy and towels to dry yourself as they are not provided.

Horrible experience
Went on Ras Mohammad cruise adventure on 11th February 2026, one of the worse experience I had on my trip.The tour guide provided us with information upon the prices for scuba diving, outlining that if you swim around half of the coral which (ranges between 14-15 mins) it will cost you £30, but if you choose to swim around the whole of the coral (ranging from 22-25 mins) it will cost £50. After returning back on the boat the diver told me that he himself gave me an extra 10 mins of diving time which first of all we did not agree on before I went into dive and secondly you don’t have a watch to independently check how long you are actually diving for. Therefore I felt this was extremely unfair and it is their duty to bring me up on the boat within the agreed time. That’s not all the worse part was during the end of my diving the oxygen tank ran out of oxygen under water making me panic and asking the diver to take me out. He then had to inflate the life jacket with his mouth and pushed me all the way back to the boat. Horrible experience
