When you create an account: your name, email address and password. The password is stored only as a cryptographic hash — we cannot read it.
When you sign in with Google: your name and email address from your Google profile. We do not receive your Google password.
When you book: your phone number, hotel name, room number, the number of people travelling and, if you use the map, the coordinates of your pickup point.
Automatically: basic technical information your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address.
The operator running your trip receives what they need to collect you: your name, phone number, pickup location, room number and the number of guests. They do not receive your email address or your account details.
Our email is delivered through our mail provider. Our servers are hosted with our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.
We will only send you offers if you have explicitly asked to receive them. You can withdraw that at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such message, and we will act on it immediately.
Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. Visitors in the EU and UK have these rights under the GDPR; we extend the same rights to everyone. Email us and we will respond.
You can edit your own name and phone number at any time from your account page.
