Horrible.
The trip did not reflect for what I had paid, the rush visits we almost could not see Ghizza, just because the Judas made us go around Cairo wasted time, and proposed for a fee other trips not present on the offer, navigation on the Nile 10 minutes 😫, the drinks at lunch we had to pay for them out of our own pocket 😤, the Judas abandoned us on the bus before the end of the tour that culminated at the airport, unacceptable!!!
Never again.

Top guide, organization say ridiculous is a compliment
2 stars because:
-the guide deserves 5, Didi was really amazing! Available, prepared, kind. We couldn't ask for better guidance than her!
-the tour operator deserves 0, we booked the excursion for Wednesday, the day before so we write to the tour to know info about the departure time, we are told that the flight has no more seats (we booked 6 months in advance) and that we recommended going on Thursday. We agreed to it. On Wednesday then we ask for info for the departure of the next day, completely gone, the tickets that had to arrive “early” had never been sent. We contacted Tripadvisor support and asked for a full refund. They just happened to send us the flight tickets (this one at 8 pm, a few hours before the flight)
If you do not want anxieties and are looking for a reliable tour to rest assured, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Agency not professional at all, but fantastic guides
Totally disorganized and unprofessional agency. I booked on get your guide and they contacted me on WhatsApp to tell me that they would let me leave the next day I requested because the flights would be better. After that they completely disappeared, so on the trust of a WhatsApp message I would have left for Cairo the day after the date stated on the booking and after having already paid the fee of 255 euros per person. Through the customer support of get your guide, because on WhatsApp they were no longer responding, I was able to contact them and they assured me that I would leave 100%, but always on trust, since of the plane tickets or the new booking, despite my insistence, there was no trace.
The day before departure, the one chosen by them, I wrote to them again to get news, or maybe tickets, also because they were supposed to pick me up at the resort at an indefinite time between 3.30 and 4.30 in the morning, but nothing. I waited until 7.30 pm, then I contacted get your guide again, now convinced that I had lost my money in a giant scam and this time, almost magically, they wrote me on WhatsApp and attached the plane tickets (by the way, the excuse to change the day for flight schedules was a lie, since the schedules were as bad as those that advised them against the day before).
I give 2 stars only for the guides, who followed us all day, very prepared and professional. The tour itself, fortunately, went well. At the airport they picked us up in a comfortable bus with which we moved to Cairo. The only flaw is the mandatory stop at the essence and spice shop, totally useless if you are not going to buy.
Pay attention to the description of the trip because included you only have the entrance to the museum and the site of the pyramids, but not the entrance inside the pyramids. Other guys on tour with us thought they had paid for the interior as well, which I think you can pay for separately on the site as well.
Finally, I had to remind the guide that the tour description also listed the bazaar in the Cairo citadel, because for them it would all end up at the spice shop mentioned above. They called the agency and magically reminded them to go to the bazaar.
I'm glad I saw Cairo and the pyramids, but I would have preferred to go with another agency, despite feeling sorry for the fantastic guides.

Tiring but worth it
From the pick up at the hotel in the morning until the return is all organized and the experiences are exactly as described. The day is very long, and also includes the steps in the various shops where it is tiring to leave without buying anything. One could do without it, but the view of the pyramids and the museum pay off. Note ++: Very good Ahmed, our guide. Note -:to improve communication in previous days

Book better elsewhere
I do not recommend booking from Italy with GetYourGuide: much higher price than the hotel tour operator (70 euros per person extra).
Lack of information regarding the visa to enter Cairo: during the purchase it was not mentioned and when we asked for info about it we were told by the assistance that it was included (cost 25 euros per person).
The only positive besides the beauty of the place, Karman our super competent and nice guide.

Extreme value for money!
Very long day but totally worth the extra money for a flight. Guide was excellent and very kind, knew so much and had great tips, e.g. spending the extra to get a horse and carriage ride to get a good view of all the pyramids together - about 10 minutes into the desert. Very flexible day, it was just me and my GF with the guide and a driver so we could do a lot more. We managed a falafel stop, mosque visit and river Nile trip in addition to the rest. Tickets get sent through a day/ 2 before, and you use them to get your boarding passes at check in. Navigating the airports was totally fine. Would 100% recommend but it’s a hard day. Little sleep and 44 degree heat was hard but 1000% worth the money. Went extremely smoothly and saw everything we wanted to see and more.

Have a nice excursion
4 very good organization. Good driver and connoisseur guide. A small flat for the typical souks of Cairo that we could not visit. A shopping mall will never replace authentic Egypt. For the rest good approach to Cairo and Nile and the pyramids of guizeh

Great day !
We made a 1-day trip by plane from Cairo to Luxor.
Our small private group had a fantastic day with our guide Shaaban Hassan Mahmoud.
He fetched us from the airport and joined us the whole day, showing us the beauty of Luxor.
Shaaban told us a lot of interesting details about the egyptian history in German language.
He met more than our expectations and he also showed us specific and additional tumbs and locations, which were not included into to companies regular program of the day.
Good luck to you Shaaban, you are an excellent guide-you did a great job! Thumbs up!!

Awesome day out in Cairo
Excellent day trip to Cairo. Everything went according to plan and everything mentioned in the Itinerary was covered, plus a few optional extras ( boat ride down the Nile and camel ride in the desert). Lunch was much better than expected. The highlights are of course the pyramids and Egyptian museum which are amazing. Our guide Will was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is a long tiring day but well worth the effort.

ُEnjoyable Tour
Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the trip really much. The weather was really windy so we recommend warmer clothes. Transfer and flight were smooth our tour guide was also good. Piramids were amazing. Food was also good enough.
