Morgens werden Sie von Ihrem Hotel abgeholt. Sie führt entlang am Golf von Suez. In Kairo angekommen, nimmt Sie Ihr Reiseleiter in Empfang, der Sie die ganze Tour über begleiten wird. Der Ausflug beginnt mit einem Besuch des Ägyptischen Museums, das neben seinen über 120.000 Exponaten auch den goldenen Sarg von Tutanchamun beherbergt oder das alte ägyptische Museum. Im Anschluss genießen Sie Ihr Mittagessen. Der weitere Verlauf des Ausflugs führt Sie zu den großen Pyramiden von Cheops, Chephren und Mykerinus. Die Pyramidenbesichtigung endet bei der Sphinx und dem in ihrem Umfeld liegenden Tempel. Sofern es die Zeit zulässt, haben Sie zum Abschluss des Tages die Möglichkeit, zum Bazar von Kairo zu fahren, bevor die Rückreise nach Sharm el Sheikh angetreten wird. Am Ende des Ausfluges vielleicht besucht man Parfüm Fabrik oder Papyrus Fabrik un das hängt von der verbliebenen Zeit ab.

Marvel at the last existing wonder of the world - a fabulous experience! You will find a total of three pyramids here: the Chephren, Cheops and Mykerinos pyramids. You can discover the area on foot, on horseback or by camel. Duration between 2 and 3 hours.
After visiting the pyramids of Giza, you will go to the Great Sphinx, by far the largest and most preserved sphinx. It consists of a human head on a lion's body. The Sphinx was carved from the remainder of a limestone mound that served as a quarry for the Great Pyramid of Cheops. Duration approx. 20-30 minutes.
Since all buses have to wait for the convoy leaving Cairo for Sharm at the end of the day, you will make one or two of the following stops: characteristic visits to the Papyrus Museum and the Essential Oil Factory. These two attractions will familiarize you with the ancient Egyptian techniques of making papyrus and essences. These two interesting visits will increase your knowledge of daily life in ancient Egypt and will also help the Egyptian farmers who work in these sectors and preserve these very old handicrafts from ancient Egypt. (While waiting for the convoy to return)

The tour lasted 27h30 instead of the 23h scheduled. The bus from Sharm to Cairo: we were very tight and even worse a mom had to put her 3 children in 2 seats, it was not clean, it smelled and the guide was unpleasant.

Not for the faint hearted. Long journey. We came from stella de mare and the total trip was 28 hours. Left our hotel at 11.40am sunday night. Arrived back at 3.30am tuesday morning. We got a private tour with just me my wife and the tour guide. Tour was great. Tour guide was great and soent time explaining and taking our pictures at various spots. Gamal the tour guide was excellent. He took us round various shops for souvenirs. We did a private boat ride on the nile. Went inside the pyramids. Great day just long tiring journey.

We were picked up at 11.40pm for the day trip, and put in an air conditioned coach ready for the journey. We stopped on the way for a short toilet and food break. The journey was longer than expected at around 9 hours, but it was smooth and we slept through most of it. Upon arrival we were taken around Cairo museum with a tour guide allocated specifically for our language (English, and the museum was incredible), had the opportunity to ride down the nile by boat, followed by a local lunch. Then we travelled to the pyramids, the sphynx, and were given the chance to ride camels or in a horsedrawn carriage. We also visited a traditional pefumery, and begun the journey back to our resort, stopping for Shawarma for dinner. Though the travel times were intense, it was absolutely worth it to get to visit these locations, and myself and my partner would like to give a massive thankyou to Therwat our tour guide. His advice helped us navigate Cairo and the tipping culture in it, his english was incredible, and his sense of humour was absolutely brilliant! The only thing we will say is the guy leading the camels was incredibly pushy borderline aggressive in demanding “service” or tips mid ride. But everyone else on our excursion was wonderful. If you struggle with travel sickness or long journeys, i would say rethink doing this, but if you are willing to make the journey it more than pays off!

Au départ nous avions réservé l'excursion par avion 10 jours à l'avance, qui fût annulée la veille sur place. Pas de réponses à nos messages. Nous avons réussi à réserver celle en bus de jour au lendemain. Le bus est un éprouvant mais tout est bien organisé. Au caire, nous avons eu Ibrahim comme guide, rien que pour nous deux. Il parle parfaitement français et sait intéresser ses clients à l'histoire de l'Égypte. Il conseille des activités supplémentaires, libres à vous de les choisir. Nous le recommandons vivement.

I have no words to express my gratitude to Book Tour Egypt (and to Ahmed in particular), for arranging our lovely "1 day by bus excursion" to Cairo. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Ahmed in particular was always available to explain all the details of the trip (inclusions, exclusions, timetables etc.) and I could tell from the first moment that he truly cared about us. We weren't just another group of tourists. They made sure we had the right visas and also that I was fully aware that it was a long bus drive. Nonetheless, although being a long journey by bus, I would still highly recommend it especially if you can't afford the flight excursion, as it was 4 of us and the airplane fare would have been expensive. Everything for this tour is arranged to perfection and without any particular rush or hurry you will visit the Egyptian Museum, do the Nile boat tour (cost not included), the lunch on the Nile, the Giza Pyramids tour and the camel ride near the pyramids (another optional feature which I truly suggest though, as the views of the pyramids from the camel trail is simply astonishing). As a special gift to us, Ahmed also arranged for our group a private guide and van in Cairo which made the trip even more comfortable although the people who stayed on the bus/coach were equally happy about everything. The coach is very modern and spacious, with toilet, A/C, usb chargers under the seats and reclining backseats. I highly recommend taking one of those inflatable collars that you use on planes as it will help you to get some sleep and plenty of water. During the trip to Cairo there are comfort stops on each way so you can have a coffee and some hot food if you want, which helps to break the long journey. The guides at the Egyptian Museum are extremely knowledgeable and, after splitting all participants into sub-groups by language, they will take their time to take you through all the main parts of the museum, including the Tutankhamen section which is the true gem of the museum. Thanks so much also to our private guide and to the van driver. Our private guide was extremely knowledgeable about anything concerning ancient Egyptians and Cairo and gave us such a comphensive background about the city and the history of the pyramids, including plenty of engineering details on the height and construction methodologies, and much more. Thanks so much to everyone for such a wonderful excursion!!!!

Très bien qualité prix. Très belle experience c, est long mais nous sommes avisés. Le guide français qui nous a était attribué est vraiment top. Le seul bémol c, est que l'on nous amène à des magasins non prévus comme parfums. Papyrus et les huiles. Perte de temps sinon le reste était bien.

il tour è abbastanza stancante però ne vale assolutamente la pena. il viaggio in barca sul Nilo è opzionale ma lo consiglio fortemente. la guida è stata particolarmente brava e ci ha seguito per tutto il tour.

A trip I recommend to everyone, but only in case you have patitent and will for long ride. When you look the map, distance to Kairo isn’t that big, but the way kontrol point work and how many of them is to stop you have to be aware your trip will last 10-12 hours in a bus. If you are not person for that long bus ride, better take plain trip and save you and agency bad review, because you are the person who choose which way you will go, and that will not be agency fault!! I was the only one with german language, and i was so happy to have tour guide Mustafa who warmly welcomed me, and take care of me all day long. So i’m truly thanfull for guide Mustafa. I recomend this trip to everyone. Few years ago i did the same trip but from Hurgard, it was very similar but this time quality of this trip was much higher. One more thing, i saw turists next to me havent use to realize that bus driver didnt get any tip. He is the person who take care off us also during this ride, and just to show appreciation everyone should give him tip.
