Great tour, definitely recommended, staff was great but there are some points where to improve
Good experience overall and all guides did a wonderful job. They were very knowledgeable. Mahmoud was very nice and polite. The cruise was very good. The crew was very polite and it was a great trip during the cruise. However, there are a couple of points to improve: 1) First pickup was 45 minutes late and that is hard when you wake up at 3:00 am to be on time for pickup. I was just on time for the airport but barely. I was planning to grab some breakfast there but had no time. When I arrived to Luxor and in the cruise, breakfast was already done. Make sure to grab something if you are doing this trip. 2) We got a horse carriage on Edfu. I didn’t know about this until the very last moment. I don’t support this activity at all since poor horses are very bad treated and in bad condition. I wish this was indicated in the tour so I could choose another alternative. 3) We got a storm on our way back from Abu Simbel, the drive was scary. Maybe the driver felt confident but our group didn’t. I would have preferred he pulled over or went slower.

Awesome was Buzzing !
We did this trip in March 2022. Loved the temperature and our guide Bee was great in dealing with all situations (starting from delayed flights to late check out). He was quick in figuring out solutions to cater everyone's need. He is very articulate and frank guy which was very important for me personally.

Trip of a Life Time
Our trip guide, Mahmoud, was amazing! His knowledge of Egypt’s history and ability to keep us organized was invaluable. He, along with all the cruise staff, made us feel welcome and pampered. The food was delicious, the excursions and what we saw were fascinating. I highly recommend not only traveling to Egypt but on the Palace cruise ship. Just a heads up, no drinks are included on the cruise but water, soda and coffee are reasonably priced. (Mahmoud is in the pictures I posted.)

Mahmoud is fantastic
We did the trip from Aswan to Luxor with Mahmoud as our guide. Mahmoud was fantastic - super knowledgeable, very helpful, caring, funny and friendly. The people of Egypt were very friendly and engaging, and Mahmoud helped us navigate with ease. He made us feel safe and taken care of - and was able to adjust the itinerary as needed given scheduling quirks and individual needs. He went above and beyond in every way. Loved the trip and Mahmoud.

Famtastic tour through Egypt ancient history. Our guide Mahmoud was very helpful and knowledge. The restaurant was great with large selection and variety of food. I would recommend this tour for everyone who wants to explore and enjoy Egypt.

Better not to book with domestic flight included..
The programme of this tour was ok. But be aware that the package that you pay for does NOT include the balloon experience in Louxor and Abu Simbel. Each of these 2 excursions costs 80 dollars extra per person. Furthermore, the return flight from Aswan to Cairo was as late as 22.50 pm in spite of my requesting for an earlier flight. I only received the information about the flight the night before the last day of the tour. Buying the domestic flight separately is cheaper and more economical.

Mody tours is best and easiest way to get on the Nile cruise
My husband and I went to the 5day Nile cruise with Mody Tours. Mostafa Abdo is fantastic and highly professional and efficient. He made sure that we were picket up from our hotel and driven to the airport and taken to our cruise then picked up from cruise to airport and back to hotel all in timely fashion and very smoothly operated. Mostafa also made sure that we had English tour guides that are knowledgeable and very kind and helpful. Mody tours is the best way to cruise the Nile because they take care of everything for you and you don’t have to worry about anything.

5 days unforgettable
New experience, very nice landscapes, a completely different culture than what one is used to. The Nile cruise was a novelty. Our guide Ahmed had a lot of knowledge and had no problems answering our questions.

Fantastic experience
The cruise and tours were very good. Cruise with excellent service, rich and varied meals. The tours and the guide in Spanish presented us with a complete view of ancient Egypt, as of today. Very educated guide.

Unforgettable journey
Excellent trip along the Nile River, unforgettable scenery and visits to Egyptian temples that exceed any expectations. The cruise very nice, with rich meals in buffet style. The very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide could answer any questions in good Spanish.
