Wake up early morning in Luxor for a hot air ballooning trip is an amazing experience. A representative will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor to the West Bank to enjoy air ballooning riding. Transfer to marine enjoy refreshment breakfast before you take the motor boat to the west bank, then you will be transferred to the take-off area where you are going to start your balloon ride in the sky of the biggest open-air museum ( Luxor ). The “Balloon Ride” trip departs daily, however confirmation in advance is still highly recommended. The balloon ride takes 45 minutes depending on the weather, before your land again, to catch your pick-up and return to your hotel.
It is considered to be a masterpiece of ancient architecture. Its three massive terraces rise above the desert floor and into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari.

Amazing, amazing experience! Breathtaking views watching the sun rise over Luxor, and a very smooth flight with perfect takeoff and landing by experienced pilot Khalid. Very professional service from start to finish… the whole experience was well explained by our hosts Gabriel, Ahmed and Mohammed. Highly recommended, this experience is a must if visiting Luxor!!

It requires a very early morning start, but the balloon ride is worth it. The company rep was prompt to pick us up from our cruise boat, and our flight manager, Gabriel, kept us informed about what to expect as we made our way via ferry and van to the balloon field. We knew what was going on at each step and what was required of us. The balloon captain was Khalid, who did a skillful job of piloting and a very smooth landing. The views were amazing!!! And if you’re prone to motion sickness like I am, I didn’t have any issues with the balloon ride. I didn’t need any Dramamine.
