Ahmed's guided tour was amazing!! We had a full day trip to Luxor with two friends and it was very safe and fun. They showed me the ticket office and the gate, and protected me from people asking for tips. Thank you very much, Ahmed!

Balance of depth & efficiency

We had an amazing time with our guide Ammar this morning. He provided us really great advice on which optional sites to see and skip, and got us in and out of the most crowded sites really effectively. But we still felt we got a lot of great, in-depth information and had as much time as we needed. Strongly recommend!

Great option to see the west bank of the Nile in Luxor

Excellent tour to know the west bank of the Nile in Luxor. In addition to the indelible Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple, the tour also allowed to meet Deir Almedina and Medinet Habu. Finally, our driver still left us at the Temple of Karnak, at our request.

Superb guide to an unforgettable day

Abdwahab was a wonderful guide. Try knowledgable, kind and willing to make our day the unforgettable experience it was. So many highlights, but Valley of the Kings, Hatchepsut’s Temple and Ramses Temple as well as the artwork in the tombs of the Workers Village were so amazing to see.

Wonders of Egypt’s West Bank Theban Necropolis

Abdelwahab our guide and Mohammed our driver took great care of us the whole day. Mohammed drove safely and was always ready for the next stop. Abdelwahab who studied archeology was truly knowledgeable . From the moment he picked us up he started to give us information about Luxor and the monuments. He then spoke about what was happening next. First stop was the valley of the Kings. We saw the 3 tombs in the cost of the entrance process and then bought extra for kings Tutankhamun and Ramses VI - both well worth it. He spoke in depth about the history and helped us to understand the hieroglyphs. We then moved on to Hatshepsut’s Temple - an awe-inspiring sight itself. From there to Deir el Medina, the workers village which was worth it to see the incredible artwork of the 3 tombs there. Next stop the Valley of the Queens, a very different (and quieter) experience. Next, a brief but impressive stop at the Colossi of Memnon before visiting the Medinet Habu or Temple of Ramses III which felt a much better experience than Karnak or Luxor. An amazing and unforgettable day and it was made that way by Abdelwahab and Mohammed - thank you both.

Excellent Informative Tour of Luxor (Great for people genuinely interested in history)

We had an excellent tour around Luxor with Abdel and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He is incredibly informative and genuinely passionate about ancient Egypt, and that enthusiasm really shines through in the amazing facts and stories he shares. Abdel was determined to show us as much as possible, yet he managed the day perfectly so we had a suitable amount of time at each destination. We never felt rushed or pushed along — instead, we were able to fully take everything in while still covering an impressive amount. He was open to many, many questions and always answered them as thoroughly and thoughtfully as he could. His knowledge, professionalism, and passion truly made our experience in Luxor unforgettable. Highly recommended!

West Bank trip to valley of kings , valley of queens , Hatshepsut temple , dier el medina , colossi of menmon.

What a day , we got much more than we bargained for . Courteous driver , Egyptologist guide ( Ibrahim) . Academic information given in a time management manner . Itinerary looked impossible to achieve in agreed time but Ibrahim made it possible to see crowded places later and hence we had no queues at ticket kiosks and all time was utilised in guided site seeing . Ibrahim also recommended how much time to spend in a tomb and what to go for at the outset . I wish could have done Luxor & Karnak temples with him . Ibrahim noted what we want to see in all complex being an expert . I thoroughly recommend him and tour operator for such excursions. Lastly , visit to Abdul Rasool’s family handicraft shop was memorable. Ibrahim was hospitable too for buying us juice ( not included in itinerary ).
