My husband and I had a wonderful tour with Muhammad for a full day tour. We started the day by visiting the pyramids and followed with a tour of GEM museum. Muhammad was very knowledgeable and had an answer to every one of our questions. He knows all the history! We will definitely be back to book another tour.

We had a blast with Mohammad Saeed today! There are so many choices when it comes to full day tour of pyramids and GEM and I’m glad we booked this one. Entrance was very quick (prepaid tickets) and the tour had a perfect mix of history, stops, photo opps, camel ride and breaks/shopping. Mohammad was friendly and a true expert in Egyptology with a masters degree. Highly recommend!

Doing the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) and the pyramids in one day sounded ambitious… and it was. Too ambitious. The GEM alone deserves a full day of slow wandering and awe. Doing both felt less like absorbing history and more check marking attractions. — smile, nod, move on. Our guide clearly knew her stuff and was very knowledgeable, but she spoke too fast, so I caught about 50% of the history and the rest flew straight into the afterlife. The camel ride was okish. The camel owner, however, had champagne-level tipping expectations for a soda-level experience and ended the ride early once he realized my wallet was not feeling that generous. Going inside the pyramids? Would not recommend. Extremely crowded, lots of climbing, and the grand finale is basically a small empty room. If you enjoy sweat, elbows, and mild disappointment, go for it. On the plus side: the food was good, and both the driver and guide were friendly and helpful, which definitely helped balance the day.

We had the most incredible layover day in Cairo! From the moment we landed, transportation was seamless and always ready right when we were. Our guide, Max, was knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel truly cared for. He referred to us as “family” all day, and it genuinely meant something — it set the tone for a warm, welcoming, and unforgettable experience. We rode camels, explored the Great Pyramid site, enjoyed a delicious lunch, and had a fantastic visit to the new Grand Egyptian Museum. Everything was organized perfectly and never felt rushed or stressful. Our Midwest USA family (ages 9 to 65) all had the best day — every single person was happy, comfortable, and fully enjoyed the experience. If you’re considering a Cairo layover, do not hesitate. This was 5 stars in every way!

We could not have had a better guide than Amal today visiting the pyramids and the grand egyptian museum. She knew answers to all of our history questions, very knowledgeable woman! Everything went super smoothly, the driver, vegan lunch (because we asked) and tour. Super kind to our daughter. I was a bit sick in the morning and she did everything to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend
