We very much enjoyed our tour, but it went from 6 hours to 5 hours when we said we did not want to visit a carpet/perfume shop whilst by some of the actual sites we felt a little rushed. However our guide and driver were very courteous and friendly so we would recommend nevertheless

There are several ways to get to Saqqara and Dahshur, but especially if you're looking to explore the pyramids away from the city, you should opt for a tour. Lunch and admission are also recommended for better time performance.

The guide and driver were friendly. They waited kindly for us and we were not rushed at any place. But overall, guide did not share a lot of information beyond general information.

Super cool sites and our guide was good. Hr gave us context and info on what we were looking at. He allowed time for self exploration and again didn’t force us to shop. Highly recommend it!

We were picked up at the hotel along with the guide, Ahmed very attentive all the time, we were given bottles of water from the tourist agency. They took us to the three sites and additional to a carpet school. Always very attentive the guide and driver Mohamed, the guide took pictures of us everywhere and told us everything we needed to know besides other curious facts. They finally took us back to the hotel. You took the time listed in the description.

It’s a complementary experience, there is certainly no comparison with the great pyramids of Giza, but they are part of the story and helps explain how their construction evolved. Omar was our guide, very friendly and helped us at all times. Thank you.

visits to do before discovering the site of Giza. The serapeum is to be seen in Saqqarah. Memphis may not be on the program: little interest of this site.
