A 10-star experience. The cruise was quiet, clean, and had good food. Our guide, Talaat Abdo, was fantastic, fun, and explained everything very well. I would repeat the cruise and guide!

Everything was quite good overall, especially our tour guide, Tallaat, he was very helpful & knowledgeable, and the boat staff, they were great. However, there were some unexpected extra charges that left us disappointed. First, we were asked to give a $25 tip per person. I don’t mind tipping, but fixed amount it felt a bit strong for something optional. Then, we were told to pay an additional $25 per person for the hot air balloon ride, even though it was already included in our package. They claimed it had to be canceled due to government restrictions, but since other groups on the same boat had no issues, we questioned that explanation. After we insisted, they eventually arranged the balloon ride but still asked us to pay the extra $50 essentially charging us twice for something we had already paid for.

Lovely ship and great food. Our guide Talaat Abdo was very helpfull, humorous, knowldegeable and caring. He took good care of each of us, bought all the entrance tickets and despite very hectic schedule he made sure that everyone had a good time. I would highly recommend this tour, but note 5 am tour departure on three days!

If you like to get up in the middle of the night to ride a bus for nine hours and stay only an hour and a half, this cruise is for you! Notice at 3am, departure at 4am, and especially do not expect the 3h30 announced: improvisation is their specialty. The next day, wake up at 6:00 for a departure... at 7:45. Why would you warn when you can get people to budge for nothing? And last but not least: 25 € extra on arrival, tips imposed, because obviously “optional” is a foreign word for them. Poor organisation, absurd schedules and surprise expenses: a real concept. I recommend only to lovers of unnecessary alarm clocks and sarcasm.

We had an incredible experience on your Egypt cruise, especially the guide Mr. Talaat, whose laud and clear English pronunciation helped us to understand everything better. His knowledge of Egyptian history was impressive and also his friendly demeanor made the tour more enjoyable and engaging. Keep it up !!!

The cruise was perfect. From the amenities to the availability of staff, from food to the program, everything was great. The guide (Khaled El Saiid) made a very good script, though intense (there were times when one had to wake up early, more or less 04:00 or 05:00), because there were places that were difficult and time-consuming. Taking the intensity of the program, I only have to say right of everything and I seriously advise those who want to have a quiet and culturally rich trip.
