Magic on the Nile!!
It was Truly magical experience! I highly recommend this tour. Mahmoud made our trip very special. He is very proactive in his communication, he made little adjustments to make the tour more to what we liked, very well-connected with large network in the area, and has a can-do attitude, you don’t hear him saying no. I liked the fact that all admission fees were included in the price, we didn’t have to deal with each entry. I forgot to say, he is GREAT photographer!

Best tour guide ever
Such an amazing time, can’t recommend it enough! We were thrilled to find that our group of 4 people had a private tour guide the whole time. Hady was incredible, taught us so much about so many interesting things but also gave us the time and space to explore solo. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything, but he showed us everything and gave us options. The boat was super fun - loved the pool on top (but would maybe avoid the local vodka in the future - my tummy ain’t that tough). Dressing up for theme nights was so fun, and we made memories we’ll have for a lifetime. So happy to have chosen this tour, but mostly happy to have had the tour guide we did - we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to guide us. Thanks Hady! Great tour!
Our tour guide Hady was exceptional and made our trip so much more enjoyable. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable and always happy to assist whenever he could. One of the nicest, kindest and most accommodating people you will meet. We did the 4-day, 3-night cruise with Abu Simbel (yes, it's worth the 4hr drive each way) & Hot Air Balloon ride added on (this didn't end up going ahead due to circumstances out of their control). We visited all of the key sites that you'd want to see, and Hady always allowed us time to explore on our own. It made for a more relaxed journey and we also appreciated that he didn't push us to make purchases when visiting souvenir shops etc. I do recommend visiting the Karnak and Luxor temples at night on the 3rd day after docking if you have the option, as it reduces the number of sites you need to visit on the 4th day. The last day would otherwise have been quite long and exhausting, particularly on top of the 3am start for hot air ballooning.
We were uncertain of which boat we would be on when we made the booking (which appears to be the norm) and only discovered this the night before when we were picked up from the airport. Egypt Knight organised our transfer which made things easier. We ended up travelling on the MS Blue Shadow and the staff, cabins and food were generally decent. We discovered after the first day that most cruise ships offer an all-inclusive beverage package for a fixed fee which should have been made known to us but was not offered as an option when booking (it includes basic wine, beer, juices, softdrinks and water). Staff at reception told us we could purchase the drinks package on a daily basis. But when we requested to pay for the remaining 2 days on the boat the manager was exceptionally rude, confrontational and insistent that we pay for 3 days, even though we'd already spent more than the package minimum on our first day. The manager of this boat needs retraining as he lacks basic customer service skills and this marred our experience.

Cruise on the Nile
Beautiful experience! We were on the ship Emilio on which all the staff are very kind. The buffet food is varied and always great.
Ahmed Eid was our private guide: always kind, nice and very prepared also he was always ready to comply with our requests making this experience perfect! We recommend it especially because it was like a friend. Thank you Ahmed!

Great experience!
We made a 3 night cruise (Aswan-Luxor) with this agency. Everything went wonderfully well, no delays, an efficient and knowledgeable guide (Ahmed), an organizer (Mahmoud) always there to check if everything went well (and who really found solutions for us when we faced a problem). The boat was very beautiful and clean, the excursions were amazing and fascinating. In conclusion, I recommend 100% to go through this agency listening and especially not at all pushy on nothing when we did not want to buy or do something.

Full eyes and tired.
The Francophone guide, Rajab, was excellent and attentive. The perfect cruise and beautiful sightseeing. The program is very busy and wakes up very early. Only downside, supplements and pears significantly increase the starting price.

A wonderful experience!!!
Very satisfied with the Service, they contacted me from the beginning resolving all my doubts, our guide Mostafa treated us very well, assisting us during the cruise and explaining in detail the wonderful Egyptian culture throughout the tour and giving us time to tour the temples on our own, however there are aspects that improve mainly in the cruise, which although it complied with the offer, presented drawbacks with the functioning of the shower, we were initially placed at a shared table with a group of 6, being us only 2 people and there were tables available (changed after insisting) and an incoordination in the tour of Abusimbel (in group), in which they wanted to make us pay the entrance fee, which was included in the package, which was corrected when insisting that they will communicate with the Operating Enterprise and finally an incident on the cruise when acquiring an Internet plan, in which they did not want to be responsible for the malfunction that at our insistence with the support of the guide was solved. Outside of these details, virtually everyone associated with Cruise Service, the experience was wonderful and the package offered was fully fulfilled.
