The ride was great, the transfer from the hotel to the riding stable was a disaster and clearly in need of improvement!
The organization of the transport was a disaster, as we sat in a small bus for 2 hours that picked up everyone along the way. The air conditioning in the vehicle was very poor and barely provided any cooling, so we had to open the windows at 35°C. The vehicle also had mostly defective seat belts, so you cannot buckle up. With a 7-year-old child and without being provided with any drinks, I found that absolutely inappropriate and outrageous for the price. Especially since we waited 30 minutes for a family until they arrived.
What was positive was that my complaint was taken care of immediately.
The ride itself was very nice, the guide took very good care of the group and also looked after the children very well. There is nothing to complain about there. There were also riding helmets that were made available. Suitable sizes for children were also available. That is a very clear plus point for me. The owner of the riding stable speaks very good German.
As far as the horses are concerned, they were well-fed. Unfortunately, some horses only had a short break after returning and quickly went out on the next ride. In the interest of the animals, there is definitely room for improvement here!
There are chilled drinks available for guests. A 0.5l bottle of water costs 1€.
The return trip was quick and we were driven directly to our hotel. Travel time approx. 25 minutes.

Not professional.. no health&safety
So the comminication at start is very well .. tour guide keeps you updated. Once picked up the van that picked us up was battered.. ac not in proper working order. Got to the horse place and the animal look tired and battered.. also seen how alimals treated not very well.. e.g the horse carriage was stood in direct baking sun for the hour we sat waiting for our rides .. the horses were not well mannered and did not alway follow order and when it did not the guide rough handled them... we were a group of 9 and we only had 2 adult and 1 child guide.the horse i had was very uncomfortable maybe the saddle was not adjusted properly.. put it this way i choose to walk back. There is no concept for health and safety too. God forbid something happened they are not prepared for it.. unless you are proffessional and know how to handle a horse syay away.

Experience to be repeated and indelible memories
It was a magnificent experience. We were accompanied to the stables with the transfer included by Temir, who was very kind. We did the 3-hour ride with Freda and Snow accompanied by Mimo and Mamhood. We had never ridden a horse before but it was wonderful and easy with their guidance. Their photos are spectacular. We will gladly return

Mixed feelings about the horseback ride
Hello, we had a pleasant time with young guides who were doing their best; nevertheless, I would like to clarify a few points.
Taxi not in very good condition but on time and drives quite fast.
Attractive prices, but after confirming your reservation, they invent a 24-euro tax for you to pay in cash for a couple and two children.
No receipt or invoice, and they took photos that they wanted to push on us for 80 euros, then 40 euros—how much do you want to pay? We remained courteous, we gave a few bills to the guides and the children, who I hope are not child laborers, and we kindly declined the offer; it's a shame, moreover, for the next day's outing we are asked for 40 euros in taxes, we are hesitating not to go, even if it means losing a little money rather than being disappointed two days in a row.

Honest review
Honest review.
We booked for the 2 hour horse riding option which was the beach and the sea.
The car picked us up from the hotel on time and after a 20 min ride we arrived at a horse stable to pick up the horses.
The horses were not the best trained but we were able to ride them slowly to the beach where we stopped for a picture session.
We then went into the sea with the horses and while we did not get to go into a deeper level, we were able to get our feet into the warm waters. I was expecting and wanting to go deeper but we were unable to due to the presence of 2 foals, they were following their mum and would have gone in over their head!
I was able to gallop with the horses which somewhat made up for it.
All the pictures that we taken of us we purchased as they captured some great moments.
Overall this was worth it and I recommend to everyone.
Did not get offered tea or water though..
