Excursion.
Everything was very pleasant, the crew was very accommodating and very nice. The food was also excellent. We felt very well taken care of. Additionally, Hula Hula was beautiful; we will definitely come back.

Don’t recommend this company for hotel transfers
Response to Management Request for Details -My name is Gordana.I am updating my review because management replied asking for more information to investigate my experience. The booking reference was under my name, G Daugherty, hotel name was Grand Makadi and the date of service was May 29th.I hope this helps improve its service. Night before our trip we where advised that they will not pick us up from the hotel (option we selected as only way we would go) and that we need to meet them outside of the resort which was never mentioned in the description as we would not have booked with them.In the booking we selected our hotel and provided our name and room number. No license plate , or name of the driver was offered. We canceled that same evening and asked for our money back . Woke up in the morning with multiple messages still wanting us to meet outside the resort as the security guards usually don’t allow them inside, then next message was they could pick us up by our hotel. We lost trust and were not comfortable to proceed with them,still no name of driver offered.And we saw the message 10 minutes before they wanted us to meet an hour before the add stated. We received another message that they will not return our money as the driver was on his route even after we canceled and had no more communication with them till morning. Super disappointed and felt like they just didn’t care about our safety. Wouldn’t recommend if you are females traveling alone to use this company. Will dispute the charge with my bank, thankfully I didn’t give them my credit card information when they asked about additional fees (we were going pay with cash). Pictures are from conversations with I assume was a pickup driver.
