We had a wonderful time in Cairo. The tour of the pyramids was fantastic, and the food was delicious. What truly made this experience special was RABEA exceptional customer service. We were 7 people and our guide (Hannah). she had much patience to explain the history and make us curious more and more. This tour was amazing! We recommend this tour and this company.

We try to focus on the good stuff, but honestly that's a real challenge. The bus was so bad, there was no charger like promised, very little leg room and bad seats. They forgot to inform there was water and soda for 1 euro in the bus (same price as in kiosk, though small 0,3cl cans). In general information was pretty much non-existent. We had to ask for any little piece of information, and they barely understood a word of English, meanwhile they were often busy yelling to each other in Arabic. Horrible service It took more than 10 hours getting to Cairo from hurghada, duo to several weird unannounced stops, and a large hold over where we spent more than 2 hours waiting. No one knew or seemed to care why, and would just keep saying 5 minutes, letting us stew in the bus until we finally went outside to get some air. As we got so much behind schedule everything was rushed, 30 min lunch, including waiting in line for the buffet and going back to the bus, 45 min at the pyramids, and they cancelled the papyrus museum duo to time restraints, instead bringing us to a huge perfume shop, filled by other tourists forced to be there by whatever guide took them. With a 5 min line to the toilets this was yet another horrible experience. That and how they try to upsell you on everything. They pretty much force you to buy a 40 min 10 euro boat ride, it is nice with water under you, fresh air you really need and you get to see some of Egypt from the water that does give some good pictures but all in all not something I'd miss and definitely horrible to be forced to pay more. They also try to upsell camel rides and horse carriage rides, basically making them sound like a must at the pyramids. But it's better without, especially when you only have 45 minutes. So while the trip is not without value, it is done so greedily, rushed, careless and incompetent. I'd recommend anything else.
