Wonderful tour to Luxor and Cairo from Hurghada!!!
We had booked a 3 day trip from Hurghada to Cairo and Luxor with 2 flights and were highly satisfied with the whole tour.
All pick-ups were always on time, we were in contact with the organizer the whole time via WhatsApp, were able to ask questions and usually got them answered immediately. Excellent!
The guides were very competent and the drivers great! You really felt in excellent hands. In addition, care was even taken to always get the best out of the overall situation and in tourist places, times were missed where you did not have to wait so long, which was only possible through organizational talent and experience.
The sights speak for themselves! Just breathtaking!
The hotels were fine for one night. Cairo had the best view of the pyramids from the hotel roof terrace. That's all you could ask for.
We would have a proposal for improvement.
That there are optional trips on the tour was not clear to us before. Nile boat trips were offered to us in Luxor and Cairo. The prices were fine but you don't know beforehand and at first you feel a bit surprised when you have to decide between sightseeing C, D, E or F suddenly whether you want to cross the Nile by boat or by car, how these extra trips are designed, whether it's worth it or what you generally get into with these extras.
Please write this down in the tour description beforehand. Then you're not so surprised. Because one thing is clear... There are many slit ears and grave robbers here...; )
All in all, however, five stars for the entire tour! We are very happy that we got involved and integrated the flights. Instead of 6-8 hours in one direction to Cairo by bus, we flew about 1 hour, which was much more pleasant.

Great trip
Great trip to experience the Egyptian history of Luxor. We got to see the temples, tombs, and a little bit of its culture.

A must do trip.
Long drive there and back, drivers and guide very polite and helpful. Bob the guide has a wealth of knowledge about Egyptian history and was always willing to share it with the group, Bob went out of his way to make the day pleasurable with tips along the way to make the day run as smoothly as possible. The boat trip on the Nile is a great addition to the day and saves another journey in the minibus. Good value and an enjoyable, although it is a long day, 16 hours in total, half of which was travelling.

10/10 and well worth the journey
We had an amazing time on this tour, we seen so much, and it felt the whole day very personal. Layla was our guide and she couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or helpful. She answered every question and tried to ensure that we were happy. Although the journey from Hurghada is quite long, it’s well worth the effort. 10/10

Amazing day trip to Luxor

A great trip!
So i really liked this trip, it was well paced and did not feel rushed at all, and managed to visit everything.
We got picked up on time and got contacted a day before via Whatsapp to confirm the time and exact location, which was reassuring. In terms of contact, i had messages from organisers on the day to double check everything was okay and afterwards as well - so great communication from organisers.
We had the option with the temples, and even then, it did not feel rushed, and our tour guide explained everything and tols us some fun facts as well! We had a group of 7 people - italian and english, and she managed to switch between the 2 languages easily, and once one group was being explained things, the other had time to walk around and take pictures freely. She also, after lunch, brought us all snacks, so that was great too! We also had time to go to an authentic alabaster making shop, which was a great experience and to get some authentic souvenirs!
Our driver was amazing - always ensured that we had water with us to take once we left the van and was always on time. Even though the trip started at 4AM, we came back by 9PM, so it did not feel too long as well.
Extra tips: definitely wear longer clothes like trousers to feel more comfortable as you enter lots of local areas, and it feels uncomfortable with locals commenting if wearing shorts (that is for females - luckily I had a change of clothes at hand so it was fine, but I did not realise how many comments I would get). Also the boat trip was not necessarily an option, so take money for that, it depends on what the rest of the group decides as they will not leave you alone on a side to wait for 40 minutes so best just to do it - it was a nice boat trip though and we saw the traditional egyptian non-motor boats.
Overall, a great experience - definitely recommend!

Great Luxurious tour
My wife and I had a wonderful day on a day trip to Luxor from Hurghada, booked through Viator. Traveling as a small group of just five, we enjoyed fairly comfortable and seamless experience. Our guide Laila, made the entire day memorable. She was polite, courteous, and punctual, meeting us on time and ensuring everything went smoothly.
Her knowledge of Egyptian history was remarkable, and she guided us well through the flood of tourists at the popular sites, like the Valley of the Kings and Karnak Temple. She pointed out intricate details of the historical masterpieces while keeping us away from the hassle of local vendors. Her cheerful, positive, and patient demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable.
The bus ride from Hurghada was well-organized, and we felt very well taken care of. Having such a small group meant we got plenty of attention and were able to explore at the a right pace for what it's rather full itinerary. The day was perfectly balanced, allowing us to immerse ourselves in Luxor’s rich history while avoiding unnecessary stress. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a well-organized and enjoyable experience. Thank you, Viator, for a fantastic day in Luxor!
For the faint hearted, it's rather long 15-16 hrs day, so make sure you go to bed earlier previous night 😁.

Urghada holiday and cultural visit
Great organization everything perfect, precise, we were 4 all friends, we requested a guide in Italian and so we met Joseph a person not only polite and kind but with a great culture and intelligence, he explained step by step everything we needed to know about the places visited and not (Karnak, Luxor, valley of the kings etc.) highly recommend it 🥰
