Ahmed was an excellent guide at Khan el-Khalili market in Cairo, making sure everything went smoothly and perfectly. He expertly navigated the busy market, taking us to authentic shops and helping us get fair prices. Ahmed shared interesting stories about the market’s history, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. He was attentive throughout, adjusting the pace to our comfort and handling all details quietly so we could relax and absorb the atmosphere. We scheduled this at the last minute and were contacted right away. We stayed in new Cairo and they picked us up and dropped us off without a problem. Both Ahmed’s were nice and kind. Our tour was about 3 hours.

We had a fabulous evening on our night tour of Cairo with Ahmed (our guide) and Ahmed 2 (our driver). From start to finish, they made the experience memorable. Ahmed took us to some truly iconic spots, including the famous Fishwary traditional coffee house and the well-known Abou Tarek koshary restaurant, giving us an authentic taste of local culture and food. His knowledge of Cairo, its history and its people was exceptional, and he always made sure our enjoyment and safety came first. He navigated the markets brilliantly, confidently negotiating with locals so we could relax and simply enjoy the experience. We felt completely safe the entire time. Special mention to Ahmed 2, who handled Cairo’s famously crazy traffic with incredible skill and calm. He was always waiting right where we needed him, when we finished each part of the tour. Having the tour entirely to ourselves made it feel very personal and special. We can’t recommend Ahmed and Ahmed 2 highly enough.
